There are three and only three audible statements of the Father in the gospels that a crowd could hear as far as I can see and they are
1) This is my Son in whom I am well pleased.
As Jesus came out of the water being publically baptized a statement about what pleases G-d
Matthew 3:17
and behold, a voice from heaven said, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased."
This is consistent with Isaiah
Matthew 12:18
"Behold, my servant whom I have chosen,my beloved with whom my soul is well pleased.I will put my Spirit upon him,and he will proclaim justice to the Gentiles.
2) This is my Son listen to him
On the mountain, Moses and Elijah spoke of a Jesus 'exodus'
and from the cloud a statement to listen to Jesus and
Moses and Elijah dissapear leaving Jesus as the final word
Matthew 17:5
He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him."
If Jesus pleases the Father, then it makes sense that to please G-d one should carefully listen to Jesus
3) I have glorified you and will do it again
we have a statement of intent. The Father will glorify the Son
and in other places the Son will glorify the Father
John 12:28
Father, glorify your name." Then a voice came from heaven: "I have glorified it, and I will glorify it again."
