So, here's my question: Why do I keep seeing threads that are in categorys in which they don't belong? For example, "CHATROOMS" does not belong in "Why I Believe..."

There are quite a few threads in categories I don't think they belong in. I considered re-arranging them but realized there were simply too many and it would become too confusing.

But the particular thread you are referring to had three topics. Two don't belong but are quickly answered. The third concerning trust in Jesus fits since almost all answers would have to do with why or how people Believe in Jesus and trust in Him.

Oh. But I wonder, maybe then JFJ should have a rule saying something like, "If you can't follow common sense and post 'X' in 'Category X' and 'Y' in 'Y', etc., then you can't post."

I think people are starting threads in categories which make sense to them or maybe some are posted in categories accidently. I don't think anyone is intentionally posting threads in 'wrong' categories.

Anybody who starts a thread in a category accidently and wants the thread moved can contact me and I'll move the thread. I wouldn't ban someone from posting for starting a thread in a category I don't agree with. I want to allow freedom to converse within a moderated forum.
