I was wondering if Picasso was mocking Gertrude Stein with the 5 pink ladies, said to be the most important work of modern art. I noticed that the names of the 5 daughers of Zelophechad (from house of Joseph) matched each of the five pink ladies from left to right (Numbers 36:11). First, the one coming out of the red viel looks Malah, sickly. The second, looks beutiful out of a white sheet, Tirzah. The thrid looks like a queen over then with her hair, Malkah. The owl like one fits Hoglah in the upper right corner. Hoglah means game bird. To her right you see something that looks like a star of David punching throught gray matter. Then lastly, Noah, meaning movement in the female form of the name is contorted back wards with a razor blade arm, garbage can nose .
So was Picasso a Torah schoolar? He knew Stein had been a Medical student but gave it up. The viewer of the 5 ladies is supposed to be a medical doctor surprizing the 5 ladies.
Or did he do something like Balam without realizeing it? Did he fulfill Genesis 49:22 in a way even though he was trying to do something a Jewish person wouln't like?
There is more that fits my apocalyptic theory. Others have called this painting apocalyptic. For example, the fruit on the table looks like a blood red cresent moon below the ladies and an apple has the letter I in red and a pear next to it H in red. This is the initials of international harvester, a name for the grim reaper of Revelation 14:14-20.
