Is there a special forum or topic that is for prayer requests? I didn't see one so I posted here. I hope it is okay.
I am asking for prayers for Cody who is at a hospital for bipolars. He was given a choice between prison and this hospital. He is 19 and very bright, writes poetry and is very tender hearted. He has 2 children, (twins) and is planning to marry their mother when he is better. Pray that God changes and transforms his life so much so that he no longer recognizes himself.

A doctor cured the worst bipolars with exta potent fish oil. Andrew stoll I think the name was. The book is called the omega cure.
Growing in grace is also a big part of mental illness. The devils battle ground is food Psalm 69:22. He wants to make the world seem dirty and you dirty too. But this is a lie. Everything is made out of JEsus. WHat matters is what is in your heart Colosians 1:17. Growing in this grace is what keeps me out of the mental ward. I was in there 3 months and was officially diagnosted as psychotic by a psychiatrist. Get lots of omeaga 3s and eat healthy and am growing in grace.

Dreams helped me alot too. FReud was right that insight is important but he was wrong about no God. He said that if you would just face the thing your are afraid of you wouldn't be crazy. Grace helped me to face what I couldn't face. I had child hood trauma and dreams were the language that helped me to face and understand it.
IT was something like Disociative dissorder.
Medication is like a pharmaceutical straight jacket and doenst solve the persons spiritual and psychological problems.
Chad, I was going to write a response to your above post but I find that this would not help Cody's situation. If you could pray for him that would be great. If you would like to talk about what you have stated above including your disorder or bipolar, I would enjoy that. I do thank you for answering my prayer request.
