Jesus (peace is on him) is being asked for help. The kind loving merciful person he is you would expect a quick response and kind attention from him. After all he was a miracle worker and had the power to heal the blind and lepers. Even bring people back from the dead.
But what was his response?
Verse 22 says:"but he answered her not a word." (According to the bible)
Imagine that! Jesus (peace is on him) ignored her! His disciples were not interested or compassionate enough to try to help her either. As a matter of fact the were annoyed by her cries as is established in rest of 22. (According to the bible)
It says:and his disciples came and besought him, saying Send her away for she crieth after us".Basically telling Jesus(peace is on him) to either help her or GET RID OF HER! (According to the bible)
What was Jesus' explanation for not helping the woman or her daughter? He spells it out in the next verse:
Verse 24 Jesus(peace is on him) says:"
"I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel" Who are the lost sheep of the house of Israel? The Jews of coarse.
Verse 25 says she came and worshiped him.
"Then came she and worshiped him, saying Lord help me"What was his response?
Jesus(peace is on him) it seems had had it with this woman's incessant crying and begging so he rebukes her with cruelty in the form of harsh words and name calling! (According to the bible)

Jesus(peace is on him) in verse 26 according to the bible calls her and all non-Jews dogs and pigs.
He says: "it is not meet (fitting or proper) to take the children's (Jews) bread and cast it to dogs"
So finally Jesus(peace is on him) gives in and helps her as stated in verse 28. But they basically had to beg, plead and twist his arm to get him do do anything.(According to the bible)
Why?
Because it was not his mission to be ministering to non-jews. This was entirely outside of his duties. He also tries to prevent his disciples from preaching to the non-jews as well. Its the words of the bible. No mine.
This is indicated in Matthew chapter 10 verse 5. Jesus (peace is on him).
He says to his disciples all 12 of them "go ye not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not". "go ye not", "enter ye not".
Jesus (peace is on him) is saying stay the heck away from the non-jews. Don't even go near them or into a city where that would result in any contact with them.(According to the bible)
In the final analysis, Jesus(peace is on him) their prophet sent only for jews All others would have to wait. For the Africans, Europeans, Arabs, Asians and everyone else God didn't give them a final prophet until Muhammad( peace is on him) began to receive a divine message for all of humanity.
In the Message to Muhammad(peace is on him) God cleared Jesus(peace is on him) of any wrongdoing in the form of harsh preaching" such as these: YOU BROOD OF VIPERS, YE FOOLS, and his disrespect for his parents setting the record straight for all eternity. Jesus(peace is on him) was never harsh to anyone as the bible would mislead you to understand. In fact he was an upright, honest and caring person. A messenger from God All-mighty who worked miracles as part of his identification.
Now that we have the final revelation to humanity in the Holy Qur'an from God Judaism and Christianity are no longer operative and can be discarded. There is no future in them. Not in this life nor in the hereafter.
To cling to these obsolete religions is sort of like, well................how to explain it?
Hear is an analogy,
I had a record player. Then tapes came out. I refused to change until at last I could no longer find parts for my record player. Tapes are better. Until CDs were invented. I clung to my tapes for quite a while refusing to change.
As a matter of fact it was only last month I finally broke down and bought a dvd player.
Christianity might be a step in the right direction for a jew but this is like going from a record player to tapes. Why not come up to date and embrace Islam and the real teachings of Jesus? (peace is on him)

To be sure, Jesus did say to worship God! However, He also said the following:
Luke 22:70
They all asked, "Are you then the Son of God?" He replied, "You are right in saying I am."

As for the Lord calling that woman a dog, well you have to understand what He was doing before jumping to any conclusion. In the end we see that the Lord loved her... You may want to think about it.

In the Hebrew, this above verse is set apart from the text that it is found in. It is an explanatory clause. There seems to be a difference in the way we understand biblical scripture.
The verse you quoted above Luke chapter 22 verse 70, as far as I can see carries with in no implication that Jesus (peace is on him) is claiming to be God. The question posed to him verse 67 by the chief priests, scribes and elders they are asking Jesus(peace is on him) "Art thou the Christ". "Chrst meaning "kristos" in greek or "messiah". A far as I know this word means "the special one" and/or "the chosen one by God".
Why are they asking this? Do they really want to know? I doubt it. They are asking to mock and ridicule. The questioning is conclusion selective! They have their minds made up in advance about who Jesus(peace is on him) is. They think he is a false prophet and an impostor trying to stir up trouble.
Jesus(peace is on him) sees through them like glass and answers the question as he should by saying "If I tell you, ye will not believe". I think Jesus(peace is on him) realizes that this trial is a sham.
They press and try corner him giving him a verbal beating up but he stays out of the corner as he should by giving vague answers.

Verse 70 in my bible, the KJV says:
"Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? and he said unto them "Ye say that I am".
First of all they are not asking him if he is claiming to be God. They are asking him if he is the Son of God. A biblical definition of this would mean "favored by God" "or in agreement with God". Much the same way John uses the phrase "sons of God" in John 1:12 and is found being used in this same context many other places in the O.T.
But hear again Jesus(peace is on him) stays out of the corner and neither answers in the negative nor the affirmative and says "Ye say that I am".
If there were ever a golden opportunity to let the cat out of the bag and tell the people that he is God it would have been exactly right at that moment. But he doesnt!
In fact in the whole of the bible, in the N.T. have never seen a single verse where Jesus(peace is on him) says "I am God" or "worship me". If I had ever found such a thing you can rest assured I would have rushed to the nearest church to be baptised a long time ago.
Now having said all that, I should address this phrase "Son of God". I know what it means to Christians but I think this to be a basic misunderstanding because God can not have a son. The reason for this misunderstanding stems from the way the words of Jesus have been interpreted by the Greeks. The Greeks in turn carried this misunderstanding to my people. The English and Western Europe. Think of it this way. Jesus (peace is on him) is a Jew. His disciples were all Jews. 12 out of 12. The new N.T. is the words of Jews spoken in similitudes and metaphors. The Greeks had a totally different understanding of what these words meant as they were schooled in Greek Mythology. Not only schooled in it but were soaking in it! So the people who interpret the bible are looking at Jewish words and events through Greek Glasses.
When the Holy Qur'an was sent to Muhammad (peace is on him) from God 600 years after the departure of Jesus (peace is on him) it cleared up much of this confusion that came from people who thought that God has a Son or that Jesus( peace is upon him) is God in human form .

Richard, we are both sons of Adam, sons of Noah, and perhaps both descendants of the house of England. It ends there. We are not brothers. If you reject Christianity, you reject the very faith that our common ancestors believed under King Arthur in the early 500s. When my ancestors defended England against Spain, it was the will of the Almighty to bring England and the Christian Bible to find dominion in the 7 seas of the world. It was through the influence of Christianity and the governments that were stabilized by Christianity that most all technology came. It did not come from the Muslim. Because it was not his mission to be ministering to non-jews. This was entirely outside of his duties. He also tries to prevent his disciples from preaching to the non-jews as well. Its the words of the bible. No mine.
This is indicated in Matthew chapter 10 verse 5. Jesus (peace is on him).
He says to his disciples all 12 of them "go ye not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not". "go ye not", "enter ye not".
Jesus (peace is on him) is saying stay the heck away from the non-jews. Don't even go near them or into a city where that would result in any contact with them.(According to the bible)
In the final analysis, Jesus(peace is on him) their prophet sent only for jews All others would have to wait. For the Africans, Europeans, Arabs, Asians and everyone else God didn't give them a final prophet until Muhammad( peace is on him) began to receive a divine message for all of humanity.
In the Message to Muhammad(peace is on him) God cleared Jesus(peace is on him) of any wrongdoing in the form of harsh preaching" such as these: YOU BROOD OF VIPERS, YE FOOLS, and his disrespect for his parents setting the record straight for all eternity. Jesus(peace is on him) was never harsh to anyone as the bible would mislead you to understand. In fact he was an upright, honest and caring person. A messenger from God All-mighty who worked miracles as part of his identification.
Now that we have the final revelation to humanity in the Holy Qur'an from God Judaism and Christianity are no longer operative and can be discarded. There is no future in them. Not in this life nor in the hereafter.
To cling to these obsolete religions is sort of like, well................how to explain it?
Hear is an analogy,
I had a record player. Then tapes came out. I refused to change until at last I could no longer find parts for my record player. Tapes are better. Until CDs were invented. I clung to my tapes for quite a while refusing to change.
As a matter of fact it was only last month I finally broke down and bought a dvd player.
Christianity might be a step in the right direction for a jew but this is like going from a record player to tapes. Why not come up to date and embrace Islam and the real teachings of Jesus? (peace is on him)
Jesus(peace is on him) preached to worship God and not to join partners with God. He told us to keep the commandments. Love each other.
