JFJ Forums - I saw the Holy Spirit like a waterfall

When I was healed of a disease the holy spirit came down like a golden waterfall filling me up from head to toe. He lifted me up and rolled me around. It lasted only fifteen minutes but it was the most wonderful thing I have ever experienced. The Holy Spirit is a person and I could feel soo much compassion coming from him. I am well acquainted with the ways of the Spirit, and I speak in tongues. Get to know the Holy Spirit and follow the knowing inside of you and you will be just fine.

I've been trying to tell people that the Holy Spirit is the Father's Spirit but they refuse to reason. I give them scriptures after scriptures and still they refuse to reason.

Judge for yourself! Is He or isn't He the Father's Spirit!

But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.

Matthew 10:18-20 (New King James Version)
You will be brought before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them and to the Gentiles. But when they deliver you up, do not worry about how or what you should speak. For it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak; for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you.

Now aren't Mark and Matthew talking about the same thing and doesn't Matthew go on to say, "the Spirit of your Father"?

If then they are talking about the same thing, how is it that people don't acknowledge the fact that the Holy Spirit is our Father's Spirit and not some third person?

Oh they find scriptures to back up their theories, but in the end there just that, theories.

Dear Father, please send people to tell them. I'm so tired... In the name of your Son - Please!

The Day Of Pentecost

Acts 1:4-5
On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: "Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit."

Acts 2:1-4
When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

Acts 2:14-18
Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: "Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say. These men are not drunk, as you suppose. It's only nine in the morning! No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: " 'In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.

Have you received God's Spirit? If you haven't get alone, get down and get right with God! The promise is for you and for all whom our God will call.
