When Jesus the Jew died an interesting thing happened in the Temple.
Mt 27;51 says At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.  The earth shook and the rocks split.

Why did Yahweh do this?

There is a message called mystery of the temple doors by Messian Rabbi Johnathan Cahn that goes in depth on this.

Amazingly the talmud talks about the large stone in the temple cracking and the doors of the temple opening by them self around the same time Yeshua was executed.

Why?  It is the symbolism of a new relationship to the Lord.  Hebrews in the Messianic writings talks about coming boldly into God's presence because of what Yeshua Jesus has done.

When Jesus said "It is finished" it meant that sacrifice of animals for the atonement of sin was done away with by God and that all those believers Jew and Gentile who came to Jesus could have free access to the Holy of Holies and to God..it was the rebuilding of the Tabernacle of David where there was no veil between the worshipper and the Ark of the Covenant.
As an artist its common practice to create a model as a reference of the real thing.  By using for example Maya or Cinema 4d you can create some fascinating images and even animate them.  Yet we know they are not real.  They are just copies of the reality.

In discussing the Temple Paul says the earthly tent (Temple) was like a model of the reality.  Heb 9;24 says "Christ did not enter a man-made sanctuary that was only a copy of the true one; he entered heaven itself, now to appear for us in Gods presence."  So the earthly Temple is just a model. not the real thing.

So what happened in the temple when Yesuah died?  The curtain was torn in two.  Why?  Remember the curtain was a barrier to the most holy.  Only the high priest entered the Most Holy on the annual Day of Atonement  (once a year)

I   What did the curtain picture?
2  What did the most holy picture?
3  Who did the High Priest picture?

Paul gives us the answer to the first question /  Heb 10:19 says ….”Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most  Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is his body”

So here we have it.  Flesh like a curtain is a barrier to the Most Holy.  Therefor in order for Yesuah to enter Heaven or the Most Holy he had to give up his flesh.

What did the most holy picture?  This is obvious, Heaven.  So the Most Holy was used, figuratively, to represent Gods living quarters, heaven itself.

So why was the curtain torn in two?  Think about it, now the barrier was gone for Yesuah(his flesh) to enter the Most Holy.  Who was the first priest to enter the REAL  Most Holy? Yesuah and this is why.  The Hebrew word re´·shith´ is the first part, the best or “beginning” (De 11:12; Ge 1:1; 10:10)

Col 1:18 confirms this by saying he was the first born among the dead in other words the first to be resurrected as a human to heaven. Hold on you say, Yesuah was not the first born from the dead!  That’s true others were resurrected before Yesuah.  These though were resurrected as humans with flesh but Yesuah was resurrected as a spirit    Remember the curtain was a barrier to the Most Holy and the curtain was not removed until Yesuah DIED.
