Why do I get a notification in my mail box that someone has replied to a post/thread of mine, but when I click and go there, the response isn't on the board?

I noticed that too.....I assume that the notification that someone
has responded to a post happens before the post itself is moderated
and put on the forum....

That happens to me. I think that it happens when the post is submitted for moderation.
