Why do people use "evil" or sinful means to obtain "good" or righteous ends?
For example:
Robbing someone to obtain wealth.
Killing someone to silence them.
Threaten someone to get something accomplished.
Oppress the needy and poor to live in luxury.
Ignore reality to feel secure.
Present false information or withhold it to give peace of mind?
Choose not to forgive, to prove they are right.
It just does not make any sense at all. (Evil that is)
James 4:3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

Killing someone to silence them. hands that shed innocent blood
Threaten someone to get something accomplished. he that soweth discord among brethren
Oppress the needy and poor to live in luxury. a lying tongue
Ignore reality to feel secure. An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations
Present false information or withhold it to give peace of mind? A false witness that speaketh lies
Choose not to forgive, to prove they are right. A proud look
It just does not make any sense at all. (Evil that is)
Sin is insanity, because sin says "I can be like God, I don't need God, God cannot be trusted".
