Some of you all are older, and type worse, than me. Why (besides the, "Well, this is the internet," excuse) can't y'all just type correctly on these forums, whether or not you all use slang?

P.S. Typing "HaShem", "Adonai," "YHVH", "gentile", etc., doesn't count as typing grammatically inappropriate, even in English. I will only get on people for things like, "well you dont know what your talkin about."

Well, first I guess we will over look the usage of "y'all".... Smile

Second there may be issues you do not know about.
I frequently mis-spell things,not that I don't know how, but
because of medical issues that make typing difficult. I
don't bother to go back and fix the typos.
Even spell check requires usage of the hands and and the
less I type the happier I, and my hand,are.
I also think most people are magnanimous enough to over
look these little things.

I'd be merciful to people like you who have medical conditions; because I myself have cerebral palsy and am a one-fingered (index finger) typer with both hands. Second, "y'all" is just shorthand for "you all"; and is like "couldn't"- "could not". For example, "Y'all couldn't go to South Carolina or even as far north as Southern Maryland without hearing talk about the Confederate flag."
