Ezekiel doesn't state Arabs, although some converted Arabs could be among the resident aliens who will live in segregated areas of Israel, reserved for Gentiles.

God says every hostile Arab must be removed. Ezra and Nehemiah set the example by commanding the removal of such from among the legitimate sons of Israel.
As for any Arab who might be "Jewish" in part ethnically or religiously, their cases would be prayerfully considered, as there are rare exceptions to the rule - but NONE for any Arab who is hostile against the
Jewish Homeland and seeks to subvert it or pervert it into an accursed "Palestine."
