Please pray for me; because, especially in more recent days, sometimes I don't think before or when I speak, write, or type; and please pray that I'd be given more self-control and taming of my tongue, so that I can communicate more appropriately and effectively.
Dearest Sister, we could ALL use that prayer... and in fact, I think I will begin my days here (when I come to the board) praying for everyone here and myself.
I ask YOU for the same prayer you request.
(My mouth is not a size 5 for no reason, Goy. -foot in my mouth, and often, STILL- I can EASILY relate to your struggle.)

Exactly the same thing I was thinking.....
GOY, we will, but make this also your own special request before the LORD in your prayers. God will answer your prayer, I know because He answers my special requests for changes in my thoughts and ways. It may not seem evident right away but He will start to answer right away. Put your full weight on Him. It will be a faith-booster to look back and see how He brought you along.
