Steadfast, what you are describing is the gift of tongues, that is given specifically FOR interpretation, and/or for unbelievers, so you are on the mark in your description of what happened to you, and I believe you because it's how the Spirit works and I have witnessed it myself many times over the years with a variety of different people and places.

ANYTHING G-d does is miraculous to me, and I hope that He never allows me to lose my small child sense of wonder at the things He does, or the joy I get in hearing about what He has done through and for others.

I don't have to agree with you on every aspect of doctrine (and I don't) to recognize a move of His Spirit.  After all, He spoke through a donkey (not that I'm calling you a donkey, please no offense intended here) and I'm pretty sure it wasn't saved, baptized or sanctified according to my or anyone else's standards. Im a Pentecostal and I recall a home group when a certain lady who was only a new christian claimed she already prays in tongues... a little while later an older chrisitan discerned and took a dislike to the tongue... requesting to pray for her she manifested immediately... after she was set frees she prayed in a different tongue. The point is a tongue only proves one is spiritually open (knows how to yield) but it is the interpretation, words and deeds that help us discern the origin of the manifestation.

I heard mormans claim to pray in tongues... so the enemy does have his counterfeits... and a tongue of itself proves nothing... yet a chrisitan with tongues will be disadvantaged.

I believe tongues are important and this post is for balance only!

My Born again conversion into Yeshuah mirrors the apostils' own doctrine and conversions in every biblical detail... While many of your's mirrors only how you wish the apostils where converted, and where not...

Bottom line:
It is not I who have denied Yeshuah's NAME, in baptism...
It is not I who refuse to do so, after being told the truth, that all can clearly see biblically written OVER AND OVER again in the book of ACTS... It is not I who will answer for your refusal to do so...

Repent therefore, become like those recorded in scripture, and be Re-baptized in Yeshuah's name for the remission of your sins, and when you do, Yeshuah will prove the truth of your biblical obedience to you, For you will recieve the baptism, of the Holy Spirit and the moment it happens you will shout out in a new language the glories of the Lord God almighty as HE gives you the utterance. For this is a promise unto you and everyone who the LORD shall call!

The kingdom of God has come near to you...

Wow... It is sad when a believer shows more faith in the devil's power to work miracles, then in almighty GOD's ability to do so...

Only those who have Zero miracles in their lives, choose to believe that "the gift's died with the apostils"..  They believe this because their religion is so filled with man's traditions that they have made God's word of NO EFFECT!
Meaning: have Zero miracles in their lives because their religion is so filled with extra biblical lies that it is rejected by God and thus devoid of all God's glory and Power, which scripture says will always fallow all who are born of the Spirit.

The facts are as my friend Ripley has just said:
"No Truth, no Spirit."

But it works the other way too:
"No Spirit, No Truth."

"In the name of Jesus" means nothing. Who is YOUR Jesus? Your Jesus does not align with scripture, not what He said about Himself in the OT and NT. From His own lips, or that of His witnesses. (The Father included.)

Your gospel is not His gospel, therefore it is no gospel.

The LORD rebukes you, through His word, that has already been given.

You test your own spirit.

This is not about gifts, this is about the SOURCE of those manifestations.

Real Jesus/false Jesus. Real gospel/false gospel. Real gifts/false gifts.

Well, it is NOT possible to fool us. Which is why I condemn your spirit, Steadfast. I will NOT tolerate the misleading of the sheep here, nor the ones seeking, knocking, asking who come to this site for THE Answer they so desperately NEED.

My brothers, "choose this day Whom you will serve: as for me and my house, we will choose the LORD." I will not serve the god of "false love" that let's people continue in error, and leads others to the same error. That is not wisdom, that is not truth, and that is not of God. And it LEADS TO DESTRUCTION. I don't find that loving at all!!!

He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. The REAL Jesus speaking here in Matt. 12:30 KJV

Again, Steadfast, heed the words of the Savior (Matt 7:15-23):
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Your tree is deception and confusion, therefore so is your fruit. But He goes on to say:

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

My house is built on THE ROCK. Yours is built on nonsense, and misinformation, and experiences. None of them stand the test of scripture.
