I saw a lady with them on her walker.

So when the caps wore off my trecking pole I decided to get some old flat balls laying around the local tennis court.

I figured out if you put them on there cockeye it works better.

I know, if you were in the army like me you want it on there straight, but that way it wears through and doesn't have the cussioning or tracktion.

Nordic walking is good these pole I got at Kmart were less than 30.00 for both and have built in springs to absorb some of the shock, a blessing for the over forty crowd.

Being in good shape will help in the end times.
That's an interesting question! I would probably use them to give the trash boy a job!!!
dogs love to chase them!

Especially if they are attached to 'Nordic' poles.  Ha.

In Messiah, His Shalom, and humor.  Arley
You can now get a pair of blue nordic trecking poles for less than 15 dollars for the pair as I recall.  They looked stronger and more well made.

I should have used them in the snow yesterday.  Too bad I don't have cross country skis.
A library book on trigger points says you can put tennis balls under your back and roll on it to release muscle tension.
Boil your leather if you're hungry. I read that in a book somewhere,
fiction/some say non-fiction.

I've seen that in some Charlie Chaplin movies (boiling and eating leather shoes).  But I wouldn't recommend it.
