I got this stuff called Anutra from the grocery store. It said it was better than flax seeds. It has over ten times as many cancer fighting lignans. It is approved as a real food, I mean, with flax, if you eat too much it would hurt you.
So I opened the can and it reminded me of tobacoo that you see if you crumple a cigaret.
I put it in cold water and drank it yesterday, but in my tea today it was barfomatic.
My only problem is it was 15 dollars for one container of this. Flax, the Biblical stand by, is only a dollar a pound.
But this Aztec chia pet food stuff is at least five times that much in cost, but maybe worth it.
It even has chromium in it.
