Born as Robert Anthony Snow in Berea, Kentucky, and raised in a blue-collar household in Cincinatti, Ohio; former White House Press Secretary Tony Snow would tell anyone that his being born again and faith, not (as Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) put it) "kindness of his Midwestern American roots", is what made him who he was. A liberal Democrat in his younger years, Tony Snow became a conservative Republican because of his faith that caused and accompanied his gaining of years and maturity. If any Jewish or gentile person wouldn't read the New Testament that Tony Snow read, at least one person (maybe even someone like the Scientologist lawyer-journalist Greta Van Susteren or Reform Jewish lawyer-journalist Geraldo Rivera) may pick up and read maybe even both the Old and New Testaments. Tony Snow is survived by his loving and beloved wife, Jill; children Kendall, 16, Robert, 12, and Kristi, 11; his friends and colleagues at the FOX News Channel and White House, and fans and fellow Christians like me.
