Acts.17
[21] (For all the Athenians and strangers which were there spent their time in nothing else, but either to tell, or to hear some new thing.)
2Cor.10
[12] For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.
This is not a "spirituality contest". If you get hold of some "dirt"- use it as an opportunity for prayer. This sometimes requires that you are totally free from the particular "sin" or "offense" made known to you through another, whether it be to promote their own spiritual superiority, or as an sincere plea for another one's deliverance from a particularly damaging behaviour.
To say you are above reproach is best kept to yourself and Christ Jesus.
Luke.6
[41] And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
[42] Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
