Awesome! G*d is amazing isnt He? Think of this one, a young mother, High School drop out who does get a GED later in life, living in the rural country of a small town not big enough to be on most maps pop. 3,000 only slightly more to this day, chosen to witness a murder and then stand up to the most hideous criminal underground in California....the homosexual teachers unions and their underground affiliates...yeppers thats my life. And believe it or not G*D is doing some amazing things through this country bumpkin Christian that loves Jesus.
I loved your story. Have  you read the book, 90 minutes in heaven by Don Piper? I recommend it. He also had a life after death experience and I think youd relate. G*d bless you.
Today is the following day . Jesus never lets my faith in Him go unnoticed.[ just not on my time frame!] I pushed through my pain, and accomplished  a very technical assignment I was not familiar with because of the newness of the equiptment, and installation manuels were not compatable, and construction heavy ! During the day our son called his mom[ finally], and said hello! [It's a start!][ long story] He was hired at the church that  he helped part time  donating his time and money, and driving a bus!;The pay was a fraction of what he made before, but that's the job he always wanted! No matter how bleak the situation feels! Don't ever lose faith that Christ wouln't be there! Can anyone say ; G-d broke His promise ? It is only we that lose faith, and hope because of the stormy seas; that we forget to cry out to Him! Call and He will bring the bread for the day!, and take tragedies ,and turn them into Blessings!,[ just don't lose faith! It's better to fail miserably trying, and experience defeat; than to give up and fall into the place where we know not victory as well ,because we are hurt ,or frightened of failing!.I Robert believe ; because Jesus loves me from my worst days to my best days,He has always been there for me !;even when I didn't know He was there! and even if when I give up ; He carries me![We are proud of you Hope!]
Thank you post #28. The same theme was mentioned in Sunday service
school. Then Psalm 83 gave the truth of the reality of what is going on even today among the messianic church and the jewish orthodoxy in the land of Israel.

God is awesome isn't he? Focusing on him only solidifies ones mindset
in defense of the good news he brings.

Just remember, it is hasatan (father of lies)  perverting truth. Why? Truth will set you free. Y'shua, the Way the Truth and the Life. A good  remind us we cannot fight alone.

μένω
menō
men'-o
A primary verb; to stay (in a given place, state, relation or expectancy): - abide, continue, dwell, endure, be present, remain, stand, tarry (for), X thine own.

ישׁוּע

For H3091; he will save..

John.15
[5] I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

Abiding in Christ allows us to realize our election to serve God in the newness of His spirit!

What I read in the N.T. the Lord Y'shua said,
Makes more sense than anything,
I have yet heard from the mouth of
anyone, or read elsewhere.
My Spirit agrees with what the Lord
Y'shua says, and when I put His teachings into practice
and believe in my heart what he says
the spirit bears witness with my spirit,
that I am His, and my need to trust in man's
interpretation of God is of no consequence.

Daveed are you saying God chooses to reveal himself as a verification of what is written by others?
DAVEED,

If God does verify his word through His Holy Spirit and chosen people , then what must we do to be saved? Believe through their word?

Rom.10
[9] That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
[10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Acts.2
[38] Then Peter said unto them, Repent*, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

*Turn from sin, TO the LORD DAVEED! action! not words!
Thank you Anne for the songs you've added! and all for your precious comments and insights.  What a blessing.

As Passover approaches, I think of this plea for deliverance -  the cry of all mankind:

From Andrew Peterson's "Behold The Lamb", sung by Derek Webb:

DELIVER US:
Our enemy, our captor is no pharaoh on the Nile
Our toil is neither mud nor brick nor sand
Our ankles bear no calluses from chains, yet Lord, we're bound
Imprisoned here, we dwell in our own land

Deliver us, deliver us
Oh Yahweh, hear our cry
And gather us beneath your wings tonight

Our sins they are more numerous than all the lambs we slay
These shackles they were made with our own hands
Our toil is our atonement and our freedom yours to give
So Yahweh, break your silence if you can

Chorus

'Jerusalem, Jerusalem
How often I have longed
To gather you beneath my gentle wings'
And may all come to know that God indeed has delivered us.

Thanks to the Father for His unfathomable mercy and grace.

Hello, Rebecca! Thank you for sharing.

Below is a link to a Michael W. Smith song that has worked it's way into the core of my soul. I have been using it a lot in my morning worship time. The words are below. I encourage everyone to take a minute, listen, sing along if you're so inclined, and just worship. "I'm deep in love with you! Abba Father!"

Deep in Love With You, Michael W. Smith

Sitting at Your feet is where I want to be
I'm home when I am here with You
Ruined by Your grace, enamored by Your gaze
I can't resist the tenderness in You

Chorus: I'm deep in love with You, Abba Father
I'm deep in love with You, Lord
My heart, it beats for You, precious Jesus
I'm deep in love with You Lord

Humbled and amazed that You would call my name
I never have to search again
There's a deep desire that's burning like a fire
To know You as my closest friend

Lord, my redeemer, Your blood runs through my veins
My love for You is deeper than it was yesterday
I enter through the curtain, parted by Your grace
Oh, You're the lover of my soul

Chorus: I'm deep in love with You, Abba Father
I'm deep in love with You, Lord
My heart, it beats for You, precious Jesus
I'm deep in love with You Lord
I don't believe in Y'shua simply to get along with everyone. I will say it is easier to get along with myself though, believing in Him as Lord and Saviour.

Deut.33
[27] The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms.
