Shalom!
I'm looking for a book on the wedding traditions in ancient Israel. I would be grateful for any information including e-books and resources on the web.
Thanks a million in advance!!!
Hi Ptenez,

I don't know of any books but here are some links you might find of interest:

Beged Ivri Biblical Weddings and Anniversaries
You might try using the contact email and ask Reuven Prager if he knows of written resources you might acquire.
(That's Reuven under the canopy at the bottom of the page.)

Here are three holy half-shekels related to the Jewish Wedding that Reuven and Beged Ivri have created:

Year 56, The Chupat Chatanim - Canopy of Bridegrooms.

Year 51, the Jerusalem Aperion (Royal Wedding Litter) described in the book Song of Songs.

Year 54, the Jerusalem of Gold, the golden bridal crown with which brides in Israel are crowned on the day of their wedding.

Here is a DVD from Perry Stone ministries that reviews The Ancient Jewish Wedding customs as they relate to Jesus' teachings and the Rapture.

Hope these are of some use!
