Coming from my theory that Charleton Heston Movies are prophetic, I looked up soylent green. It is a movie about 2002 where people don't have enough food and fight because of rations that are yucky. I won't spoil the end for you if you haven't seen it. In the movie a girl is playing a video game, this is 1973, a half dozen years before they came out.
But Richard O. Fliesher is interesting too as he was the director. He married Essie Goldman, both Brooklynn Jews. But you would never know it unless you read the Foreward. They had a book review there that I found throught his thing called lycos locator. It is one of those computers that reads. Supposedly like the ones that are causeing chaos on wall street.
They could make a movie about a computer takeing over wall street.
It was an animator Familly, they Max, Richards dad immigrated from Austria when Richard was 4 years old. They worked on famous cartoons such as betty boop and popey Richard's brother david too.
Strangely, Max died the september 11 before soylent green was released, Sept 11, 1972.
