God, we call upon You for mercy. Lord, we need You. We glorify You and worship You and thank You for what You are doing even now, even this moment, in the Name of Jesus to turn the tide of this election. Father, we put our TRUST and our FAITH in You. Lord, we stand in the gap for the sins of this nation and ask for forgiveness. Lord, forgive our sins, forgive the murder and the greed. Forgive the lies and the gossip. Forgive our unfaithfulness to you and our selfishness exercised on behalf of ourselves. Lord, we praise Your name. For praise is a weapon of our warfare. We come to worship You and honor You in our pursuit of You and Your ways and Your will. Father, move on our behalf! You have said we can command Your hand, and Lord we do so on behalf of Goodness and Mercy and Righteousness, Holiness, and Your favor, Lord. We come to contend with You together.
We put You in rememberance of the voices of the little ones slain under the guise of selfishness and pride. Lord, we ask that You avenge their lives and protect those yet unborn children from destruction by placing the candidate who believes life starts at conception in the White House. We pray over that office that it be filled with a godly man, full of Your Spirit and heeding Your voice. God, You have said that pride goes before a fall. Let the pride in the hearts of these candidates be exposed for what it is. Let the unrighteousness be exposed. Father, let YOUR will come to pass. We need You, Lord, so desperately. We depend on Your protection and Your strength.
We honor you, Jesus. We speak Your Name, the Name that is above every name, over this nation and over this election. There is great power in Your Name. And great power in Your blood. We apply Your blood over this election and say to the enemy that he will not have his way. We speak Your Word and Your will being done here on Earth as it is in Heaven. We place ourselves at Your disposal to pray as You want and as You call. God, we commit ourselves into Your hand and into your plan.
We love you, Lord. And we pray all this in Your name. You are amazing and wonderful and so good and kind to us.
