We now live in an age where we can love everyone in Jesus name.
I mean now, we are called to love our enemies, bless those that persecute us and despitefully use us.  Not without any sensibility, but with the wisdom of the Holy Ghost. The reason I put this thread here is, you must be radical, prayed up, and
confident in the Lord and Saviour.

In an age where peeps are going Hog Wild for Satan, i.e. drunkeness, fornication, blasphemies, evil speaking, and on and on, we need to get Radical for Jesus. Don't let sin reign in your body, give the Holy Spirit His rightful place and you can accomplish much in His Kingdom.

Shalom to you.
This reminds me of what happened yesterday to me in a vitamin store and of the story of Jesus sending the demons into the hogs. Yes, I was spiritually assaulted by someone yesterday while I was minding my own business and shopping for some vitamins.

I've been praying for the gift of discernment and sent a quickie prayer up for more of it when this man approached me in the store. He was selling his services as a New Age massage therapist. I'm telling you I half believe he was channeling a demon from what he first said.

After I understood for sure what he was "about" I told him plainly that I would NEVER let someone like that touch my body. THAT offended him!!! Then he had the audacity to say that "a man and 12 other men" touched peoples lives once upon a time, and then by the time he got through he had declared himself to be "the light". That's when I started to lose it *L* I told he wasn't the light and he didn't know the truth or the light.

Anyway we had a few more words and he walked off in a huff *L* Is this not a sign of the times we live in! In a few more years, I may have been hauled out of the store and stoned for rejecting his belief system!

I am thankful that there was another person "listening in" on the conversation and she came up and thanked me for standing up to him. If it hadn't been for her, I would have probably thrown my shopping basket down and walked out of there.

The New Agers have taken over a great many "good" things--and it's not right for them to have it.
Hi Chowie,

Thanks for the anecdote. Life in these United States is full of freedom,
and speech. Smile

I understand you are married, that to me would have instigated maybe more than a verbal response to the buggar... if...I was your husband Wink.

Shalom
Hey, Hey, Hey, Chow-lady,

Nifty story.  You do know that you witnessed to the other lady, don't you?  Corny as it may seem, but knowing how Messiah works, you could well have been placed there just to witness to that other woman.  Some day, over the rainbow, way up high.... some beautiful soul may approach you with a big hug, and thanks for that moment in her life, where you made the difference between her salvation or eternal demise.

Right or wrong, about the other woman, Good on you for standing your ground.  Keep praying:  Come soon Lord, come soon.

In Messiah, Shalom.  Arley
