1) Health-Numbers "worship the Lord and His blessing will be on your food and water"  I cant' remember the exact chapter and verse.  There was at least one scientific study that said that those who regulary worship tend to be more healthy.

2) Insight- "Untill I went to the temple of God then I understood..." (Psalm 73:17a).  This litterelly happened to me at Beth Israel after the service when this Romanian guy said something.

3) Getting Small: Your problems don't seem so big when you put them in perspecive with God's wonders works and deeds (Psalm 77:11-12).  You don't have to wait for church for this one.  A river and a brige, stars, the ocean, a desert scene can work for getting small also.

4) When you give as part of worship it changes your attitude about money.  Jesus actually says worshiping God stops you from worshiping money in Matthew 6:24.  When you go to church you are giving up your time so it makes you be less selfish about time.

Got any more ideas?
When you aren't sure about how to go about praising Him (or how He would have you to...), Take the cup of salvation and call on His name.

Praise the Lord for hs mercy endureth forever.
Ah, the benefits of worship!
First though, you must have accepted the eternal benefit in Life through God’s everlasting Son, Jesus Christ: “I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.” (John 5:24 NIV)  Also, as we learn by reading the book of John that Jesus Christ said, “Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.  God is a spirit and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth. “(John 4:23-24 NIV)
We have eternal life through Christ’s salvation for us (what cor517 said above).  And then as we begin to worship, we do so in spirit and in truth. ) Our Father draws closer to us (and we to him) when we worship this way.  And being that he seeks the ones that worship Him in this manner, the Holy Spirit will confirm that he is well pleased with us for doing so.  In my opinion, there can be no better benefit received than in pleasing God.

Praise the Lord (Psalm 135)
