Whether you are jumping for joy or having a pity party, God is in full control, and the urgency to share the Good News of Y'shua our Messiah should be greater among believers.
Any Unbelievers reading this, please consider Y'shua/Jesus more than you ever have before. Only He can keep you steady and sure in an ever chaotic, fluctuating world. The economy will never be perfect, world leaders will never bring fulfillment or meet all their promises and people all around will continue to surprise you with dissapointments but Y'shua will never leave or forsake His people and He is a VERY present help in difficult times. He gives peace beyond understanding and when believers die, there is no sting to death. We get to keep on living.

Actually what is most important is that the president have a world view based around belief in one God, hopefully the one God of the Bible.
People debate if Abraham Lincoln was saved. Yes or no is not the point what we do know is he was a Bible expert. Back in his day that's what you did at night, read the Bible.
Does Barack Hussein Obama have a Biblical world view. My answer would be no, he has a secular humanist world view and mocks the Bible.
I'm not to judge who is saved here. We can't see that. But we can get an idea of what a persons world view is.
Furthermore, Obama doesnt' claim to be evangelical or born again.
Reagan seemed to be born again and claimed to be also.
Clinton claimed to be born again and evangelical but had fruit problems.
Obama seems to live a straight moral life, but as far as I know he doesn't claim to be born again.
In a book on the Faith of Obama I heard them talking about on the radio (I didn't read the book or the Obama quote) with Michael Medved interviewing the author it came out that when Obama's daughter asked how to go to heaven Barak said he didn't know if there was a heaven!
Now that is not a Biblical world view to not know if there is heaven or tell your daughter how to ask Jesus into her heart if what they said is true.

If Obama says no this is a pretty good indication that Obama may well not only be unsaved but also hostile to born again christianity.

Believers know from Jeremiah 17:9 that
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
Everyone was born this way. God provided Himself the remedy so that we may actually have forgiveness and fellowship with Him. It is in this spirit that I attach this article from Kinsella's Omega Letter concerning Obama.
#1 - I believe God has allowed this man in office to further shake America for its increasing and unrepentant wickedness. If the Dems think Bush was bad for America, the trial is not done, because our welfare as a country is not tied to political and cultural efforts, but how we are related to God.
#2 - Is he moral? see the article and ask what should we expect of this new leader, promoted by a chorus that unrelentingly chided Bush as a liar.
#3 - The turnabouts that Obama engaged during his campaign in order to get elected reveals that his public statements and loyalties are subject to the fire of political ambition.
Prayer means something to God though. I agree that we should pray for the President and our government, like Paul said we should do. And pray that we stay true to the gospel of Jesus Christ no matter what it costs. And it will cost. Pray that we American Christians will set a worthy example for the post-rapture saints.

I think one thing that we also have to remember is that anyone believing in Revelation knows that there will in fact be an anti-Christ. I'm not saying that it is Obama as I cannot judge nor answer for him on that one but, we all know that leadership is only going to get progressively worse. But, whether we like it or not (and I'm certainly not "jumping for joy" over the Presidential elect), it is still all part of G-D's plan.

If I really am a Christian, I will pray for Obama whether He is christian or not. Although, I will not hesitate to voice my disagreement with something I might disagree with concerning his presidency.
