But since the "natural born" status follows the citizen father, and Obama Sr. was a Kenyan National and never a US citizen, it is legally impossible for Obama to be a "natural born" US Citizen. To be natural born in US Constitutional Law (and Precedents), you must be born of two US Citizen parents, or a US Citizen Father.  Barack qualifies for neither.

The highest he can aspire to is a 14th Amendment second-class born citizen that can be governor or a senator...never a US President.  

Hence when people compare Obama to "anti-Christ" whom Paul labels as the "man of lawlessness"...they are not far off the mark.  Barack precedes the final anti-Christ, who will be a son of Greece or Italy by one parent and a son of the tribe of Dan, pretending to be of the tribe of Judah from the other.  

So where's Barack's Long Form Birth Certificate, and where does it say he was born?  He's a deceiver...a little anti-christ...so he doesn't want you or me to ever truly know.  What was the opposite of being "lawful" and "transparent" again?  Oh, yeah.

Did you know that there is now clear evidence that Barack Obama is an Unconstitutional (hence, illegal) and unqualified for office President?   On August 5, 2009, the 10th Circuit upheld in Craig v. US that in order to be a “natural born citizen” in the USA, one must be born to a US citizen father; and that there is no inherent right for one who barely qualifies as a 14th Amendment citizen to be labeled as a “natural born”, just as a foreigner who immigrates and naturalizes has no such right to the claim either.

In 1884, Democrat Arthur P. Hinman published the January 10, 1881 letter in which Democratic Senator Bayard of Delaware affirmed Chester A. Arthur’s right to be President of the United States because Chester’s father naturalized as a US Citizen prior to Chester’s 21st birthday.   In contrast, Barack Sr. never became a US Citizen.  Hence, Barack Jr. is unconstitutionally qualified and illegal in the office he now holds.    In a letter dated July 9, 2009, California Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein stated to me that the 14th Amendment qualifies Barack Obama to the Office.  

But that same 14th Amendment argument was neutralized as far back as the Sep/Oct 1884 issue of the American Law Review, in which Democratic lawyer George D. Collins stated that in order to be “natural born” of a particular citizenship, such as the United States, “that his father be at the time of the birth of such a person a citizen thereof”.   Barack’s father lived and died as a Kenyan national with dual British citizenship.  Hence, Barack Obama Jr. illegally occupies the office of President of the United States and needs to be legally and peacefully removed from office immediately.  Since Nancy Pelosi signed off on Barack on August 28, 2008, Pelosi needs to  resign immediately also.

I cannot state as fact, but I believe what you said, which I have 'Bolded in 'green,' is not quite correct.  As I understand U.S. Law, all a person has to do is be born in the U.S. even if from illegal parents, and the child is 'legal.'  Not much is said about it today, but a few years back, many pregnant women would cross the border, and would present themselves to a hospital, after entering 'Hard' labor.  Once the child was documented as having been born in the hospital, the woman used to be allowed to apply for waiver of waiting on the list to immigrate.

I am going way back into memory la-la land here so I may have slightly miss-stated, but mostly I speak how it is.

The citizenship of a US child will depend upon the citizenship and residency of the father. (Act of Mar. 26, 1790, 1 Stat. 103, 104).  I have tracked pre-1787 state charters, and some two dozen supporting cases in the Supreme Court which confirm this interpretation: natural born statusis offered solely through the US Citizen father biologically present (or with the exception, the assumption thereof if thechildis illegitimate). Obama's father is KNOWN as he who lived and died as  a foreign subject, a dual Kenyan and Britsh subject, making it IMPOSSIBLE for Barack to be an NBC qualified holder of the Presidency. It is lawlessness to allow him to possess that office. We Christians should pray about that.

Strangely enough, in the majority opinion of 2001’s 533 US 53, NGUYEN ET AL. v. INS. http://supreme.justia.com/us/533/53/ , one of the criteria of proving one's birth location and birth citizenship is through the 100% mechanical means of hospital records and witnesses. 533 US 53, NGUYEN ET AL. v. INS. (2001) @ 54 :“The mother's relation is verifiable from the birth itself and is documented by the birth certificate or hospital records and the witnesses to the birth.” And @62:” In the case of the mother, the relation is verifiable from the birth itself. The mother's status is documented in most instances by the birth certificate or hospital records and the witnesses who attest to her having given birth.”

In the case of Barack Obama, we have no original Birth Certificate or Hospital records to verify his birth hospital, his birth location, his citizenship. We do have a clear short-form forgery conducted by a zealot groupie, a claim by an administrator who may be commiting perjury based on political zeal and complicit in conspiracy to see a "Democrat" in power (story still breaking:  http://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/2009/10/  ) ; and the only witness still living to testify regarding Barack said he was born in Mombosa, Kenya.

If we had any doubts about Obama I think the past few days have cemented them. I call on the men of this world to unite and help us against our Hitler, against our persecution, against our holocaust.

***I support the nation of Israel/though, I also believe we are Israel spiritually as well; many of the people of the USA are originally of Israel though we have lost our heritage. Yeshua clearly says there is no Jew/Greek/Gentile and we are become one; we are grafted in as a believer in Yeshua. They went to a mall and asked many people to name the 10 commandments; many could only name a couple...do not murder, steal,etc.  Then they asked them to name as many types of beers as they could...you guessed it...they could all name many! The timing is absolutely perfect for a man like, what I see in, Obama, to be the President of this United States.  Anti-Christ?  I thought he might be, but now, no.  Too many Liberals, are starting to see his weakness of logical thinking, and are 'jumping ship.'

Sadly, it seems, the only choices we have are the Three-R's: Resist, Rebel, or Rapture.  I'm too OFU for one and two, so I guess I will just have to settle on 'door #3,' Rapture.  Much as I hate leaving the scene of an accident, I don't mind leaving the scene of deliberate destruction.   Yeee-Haaa! Actually, Be He, or Be He Not, the Anti-Christ, President Obama, seems dedicated to the financial destruction of this country, or, what-ever.  No matter!  God IS in control, and God WON'T leave us in the lurch.  I'd do another Y.....H....., but wont.  Too many on one page, makes the ink run.
