A California attorney lobbying the U.S. Supreme Court for a review of Barack Obama's qualifications to be president confronted the chief justice yesterday ... asking the court to rule on whether or not the sitting president fulfills the Constitution's "natural-born citizen" clause.
According to Orly Taitz, the attorney who confronted Chief Justice John Roberts at a lecture at the University of Idaho, the judge promised before the gathered crowd that he would, indeed, read and review the briefs and petition.
...Roberts was lecturing on Abraham Lincoln to approximately 1,200 attendees of the annual Bellwood Memorial Lecture Series at the Moscow, Idaho, university...
At the lecture in Idaho, Taitz ...said, 'Justice Roberts, my name is Orly Taitz. I'm an attorney from California...My question is, do you know there is illegal activity going on in the Supreme Court of the United States?"
According to Taitz, the room was stunned silent as she continued, "I have presented my [another issue from Obama, Lightfoot v. Bowen] case to you, and you personally agreed to hear this case in conference. But your clerk refused to forward a supplemental brief to you. He has hidden this brief from you. He refused to put it on the docket. Additionally, my case was erased from the docket one day after the Inauguration, two days before my case was to be heard.
"Outraged citizens and members of the media and state representatives are calling the Supreme Court, demanding to have the case reentered on the docket," Taitz told Roberts.
Then she held up the WND petition and continued, "Moreover, here are the names of U.S. citizens who signed this petition and who sent individual letters to individual justices, including you, Justice Roberts, all of them demanding the same thing – that you hear my case in regards to Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility for presidency."
According to Taitz, Roberts approached the microphone and said, "I see you have papers. I promise you I will read all your papers, I will review them. Please give them to my Secret Service and I will review all of them."
Shortly thereafter, Taitz told WND, a Secret Service agent identified by his badge as Gilbert Shaw accepted two suitcases of documents and pledged to deliver them to Roberts.
Taitz reports the documents included four major sections:
• A motion for reconsideration of Lightfoot v. Bowen with all its supplemental briefs.
• The Quo Warranto Easterling et al v. Obama et al case.
• The WND petition, consisting of 3,300 pages of names – over 325,000 in all – of people demanding the Supreme Court hear the Obama eligibility case.
• A copy of a 164-page dossier sent to Attorney General Eric Holder detailing suspected criminal activity surrounding Obama and his supporters.
I'd like to leave a thought or two as this thread is absolutely ridiculous and out of place.

Let's all make a statue for president George Bush and his beloved father, Tony Blair and Manuel Barroso (E.U. president) for being such good obedients and servants throughout the years, Ronald Reegan for "selling" {signing a document that allowed to sell} enough amunition to Saddam Hussein to built a missile the size of the Eiffel Tower. Lets build them all a statue and hang this good looking black fellow that seems intelligent and competent but it's still black and cocky. How dare Obama try to solve and dig us out of this hole the past administrations have put the whole world into. How does he dares bringing in a policy of restrictment where atrocities on the market like former Nasdaq president Mr. Bernard Maddof and others get away with schemes due to inside information and lack of regulation. How dare this man try to redistribute the wealth a little bit better as they are people that are filthy rich without lifting a finger all day and others that work hard and have nothing. There are people struggling to feed their children, keep their jobs and pay their mortgages. How dares this black man on becoming president of the greatest nation in the world. And his wife Michelle even rolls up her sleeves and goes help cooking to feed the poor. That's not an acceptable behaviour of a first lady.
Now that I think about it. I think this Obama character might be as evil as you all think.

I understand that you say you focus on the lost and not the found, but even the believers are being persecuted by the spiritual evil growing around us, and the attack of evil has never been stronger on the believers of Christ than now! My life has been attacked by evil trying every day to make me stop coming to this forum , but every day the Lord continues to refine my heart, and bring me into a deeper presence of Him. So please pray for my family and I that I continue. It seems the pain only makes me stronger! But the times we live in , though perilous , are a time of harvest. Food Safety Modernization Act
House Resolution 875, or the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009, was introduced by Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn., in February. DeLauro's husband, Stanley Greenburg, works for Monsanto – the world's leading producer of herbicides and genetically engineered seed.
DeLauro's act has 39 co-sponsors and was referred to the House Agriculture Committee on Feb. 4. It calls for the creation of a Food Safety Administration to allow the government to regulate food production at all levels – and even mandates property seizure, fines of up to $1 million per offense and criminal prosecution for producers, manufacturers and distributors who fail to comply with regulations.
...Under the legislation's broad wording...{any} establishments that process, store, hold or transport all categories of food products prior to delivery for retail sale, farms, ranches, orchards, vineyards, aquaculture facilities and confined animal-feeding operations would be subject to strict government regulation.
Government inspectors would be required to visit and examine food production facilities, including small farms, to ensure compliance. They would review food safety records and conduct surveillance of animals, plants, products or the environment.
Farms and food producers would be forced to submit copies of all records to federal inspectors upon request to determine whether food is contaminated, to ensure they are in compliance with food safety laws and to maintain government tracking records. Refusal to register, permit inspector access or testing of food or equipment would be prohibited.
...Under the act, every food producer must have a written food safety plan describing likely hazards and preventative controls they have implemented and must abide by "minimum standards related to fertilizer use, nutrients, hygiene, packaging, temperature controls, animal encroachment, and water."
...Another "food safety" bill that has organic and small farmers worried is Senate Bill 425, or the Food Safety and Tracking Improvement Act, sponsored by Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio.

I pray for G-d's will to be done, and for His righteousness upon our leaders, but we can't change what the Bible says, and I can't seem to find the U.S.A. in the book; only Church, and Gentiles. As requested, you have my prayer, for you and your family, in the bowl, to be offered before God. My above words I really didn't intend to mean that I completely do not pray for my brothers and sisters, more that my primary focus is on the unsaved.
Consider the story about the man giving witness about a father having to make the decision of who to save from the gears, on the bridge, which was going to kill one of the children, in the gears. He chose to save the 'unsaved' child, and allow his own son to perish. The father knew that his son was saved. The boy he saved, according to the story, is the person giving the witness, and is now a Minister of God, because of that act by the father. That is how we all should be thinking. OK, it goes a bit against my grain, but that is how Jesus would have us act. Save the unsaved (at least pray for them), even at the suffering of our brothers and sisters, because Jesus can and will take care of them.
If any one reading this has to make a decision to save an unsaved, and sacrifice my life for being unable to save me also, please save the one who still needs a bit more time. Heh, heh, heh, I know the way home already.
I do include family with non family, in my prayers, but it sounds so much more macho to sound like I am more concerned with the lost than the 'in-crowd.' Ha.
