President Bush  on September 14, 2001, issued Proclamation No.  7463, 66 Fed. Reg. 48,199 (Sept. 14, 2001) in response to the 9-11 attacks.

  Congress legalized President Bush with Pub. L. No. 107-40, 115 Stat. 224(2001)  which states: The “President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations,organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored such organizations or persons”

In his September post 9/11 address to a Joint Session of Congress, the President promised that “[w]e will direct every resource at our command—every means of diplomacy, every tool of intelligence, every instrument  of law enforcement, every financial influence, and every necessary weapon of war—to the disruption and to the defeat of the global terror network.”

Notice and legalization for "torture of enemy combatants" outside the protection of the Geneva Convention, was served.
  
Common article 3 of the 1949 Geneva Convention, grants only those non-uniformed enemy combatants who are engaged in internal civil wars (not international conflicts) any legal rights.    In other words, any non-Afghani caught on the Afghan battlefield (such as those  Yemenites or other nationalities in Gitmo) can legally, this very minute, be taken out and shot, or hung until dead, by the US Army.

Instead, Attorney General Holder argues that he wants to bring these terrorists to continental US soil, and unleash  Al-Qaeda Gitmo terrorists here, as if harmless migrant workers.  If this is tolerated, then Obama is either a B average Harvard  (Constitutional)  Law School idiot, or he is about to commit an act of lawfully defined treason as regards Constitutional Law in his office of the Presidency.

   Constitutional Law mandates that his legal obligation is to ENSURE the Security of the USA: Haig v. Agee,  453 U.S. 280, 307 (1981) (citing Aptheker v. Sec’y of State, 378 U.S. 500, 509 (1964)); accord Cole v. Young, 351 U.S. 536, 546 (1956).

It's amazing how far this Nation has turned from G-d in 3 months! Can you picture the scenario in four years! It seems the U.S.A. is no where to be found in the Bible? The articles you write are a fraction of [ change] that is in progress. I believe this marks the Post Christian Era. You can honestly evaluate what Powers a Nation Has..by one simple test, ....WHAT IF THE ENEMY WAS IN THE POSITION OF POWER IN THIS COUNTRY.?

if you put the president in the position of power in the PLO, nothing to worry about...the US is mightier.

if you put the president in the position of power in the New USSR, no problem, the US is mightier.

I do not think the USA is there right now to try and defeat Israel.  But I do know that should the enemy gain power in the structure in place by the USA..well, that is the ideal scenario for the Anti Christ, friend.

I have no other choice but to say we are a web of influence in the world, right now for good, but just as the OT depicts...it takes only one ruler to be 'elected' and evil is done in the eyes of the LORD.

There is little we can do to stop it, ...much like the tornado sirens that alert us of the possibility.  When the sirens stop, the possibility does not, it is a false end to what might be to think the ending sirens truly sound the 'all clear'  nature is not as controlled by man as we would think.

You are so right Kimberly. When you refer to the weather, it makes me think of; We don't know the hour , or the day, but we know the seasons, and the signs. You have got to remember from the posts here that there are many, many NEW powers the president has to  declare war on a country that is 'harboring' terrorists ...now ...have we considered a president that would see Israel as the terrorists?  hmm?  if an EU developes incorporating the US into it's 'body'; it would not stop the powers granted to the leader!  IN FACT I would not be surprised by the very laws we have voted into power may very well become the kingpin in the 'new world order'.  Total Power corrupts totally.  And this is exactly what the anti christ declares in Isaiah..."I will be like the Most High"

I have no problem with being incorrect in the central location of the 'seat of the beast'  But I do know that the network and the system in place is a most desirable one for the enemy to have 'beakoning'.  Why set up a hole new military system when there is one in place that would just kick the butts of anyone on the planet right now!  The enemy would say it is tactically more desirable to just have the legal right to use the system in place.  And thus the 'charming, problem-solving' exterior that will
WIN the legal right (only for a season!!!)to use all the super powers in place right now!

I do not believe you to be incorrect of the beast. There are two that come , one to set up the Kingdom of the antichrist,[ one who draws the alliance of the world to a one world power, and brings about universalism religion[ There is also a super computer being built in Europe that identifies every person , place , and processes them faster than the defecit ,called ; the beast] and then antichrist himself. He would have to come from Hebrew roots to be accepted as the Messiah!Hal Linday report did a great analogy of the Antichrist on His website.;[HalLindsay.org] He wrote the ;Late Great Planet Earth 40 years ago, and it almost replicates the scenario of the world today!

Also, I would add another thing in the world, the new idea/or old belief it goes so far back even to Joseph...that whoever controls the seed, controls the food.

Monsanto has just now set up "American-type Laws" in Iraq, should they decide to do business with them in the future.

Believe it or not, the best way to do business is the American way.  Meaning the Free Trade and the regulation of trade is seemingly fair at all angles...until the companies have technology that is one step ahead of the laws and is therefore potentially harmful and there is no way to regulate it, the technology is not under any jurisdiction!  IE: genetic engineering of seeds and patenting their genes!  ONLY IN AMERICA could the business man who comes up with that convince the rest of the world that it is a good thing to take that giant leap toward the "economic independence it will offer if you get in on the ground floor"

Now congress has passed the ; Hate crime act. That if Believers of the Laws of G-d speak against Homosexuality,publicly; it is a crime, also the weapon trade from U.S. is ceasing to Israel to prevent them from attacking Syra/Iran..The wheels are moving fast and approaching Ezekial 37,38. The U.S. has not turned it's back per say completely on Israel, just not the way the G-d of Israel promise for Israel 's future says in the Bible!, and the prophets. It comes from the interpretation of righteousness of men not believing the G-d of Israel is the only G-d there is!

I have to confess I have known people who were homosexual.  I have worked with them, I have sympathized with them when AIDS hit their lives, but I was never one to tell them to their face that they are in sin.  I was found wanting for a way to minister, and 'break the ice' about sin in their lives.  It has been very hard for me, to get around to saying out loud face to face, with a person.. I can type about it and reason about it on the forum, but I have never been able to tell someone 'You are a sinner'.  I have told people about my own life; my own sin; my own return to the LORD; after: rapes, drugs, promiscuity, and even a child I gave for adoption!  All I have ever meant to do, is to tell people that there really is a change from the life of sin, to the life in the LORD.

But I understand about conviction, and if they never have heard that their sin life grieves the HOLY SPIRIT, how will they know?  But, again, it is my weak area.  I have a great deal of mental blockage when it comes to confrontation even  ((so sad)) when the soul of another could be in question.  I do pray, though.  Not only for homosexuals.  But for the life that the LORD intends to come into being, for all of us.  Sinners; and for those of us who were in sin, and are now repentant.  I find homosexuality repulsive.  As stated above, I have had things forced;
things I will never be able to justify having happened!  

Yet, I have had the nicest interactions and conversations with homosexuals, prostitutes, junkies, theives, witches, mental patients, and just plain atheists.  That is the whole point of hating the sin, not the sinner, I think.  Our experiences may just be the tool to reach the lost, even those in 'deep cover' so to speak!  I know that if I had never been attacked on the street, I would not have had the opportunity to share with a professed 'witch' about the LORD and how I forgave the rapist, because the LORD did try and stop me from going out the door that morning, the morning of the attack!  It is a longer story, but suffice it to say, I know the LORD did not 'want' me to be attacked.  And I testified to that effect.

On April 15, 2009, we found out that Obama not only hates competition, but he hates even symbolism of any reference to the competition…even if that referencing is to Jesus.

Now mind you, neither Obama or his White House Staff has any qualms with the Crescent Moon or the Hammer and Sickle or that relating to Islam or Marxist-Communism. But have a Cross or letters like I.H.S., which 250,000,000 Americans are illiterate about anyway, on display inside a religious Christian Institution of Georgetown, a University founded by Jesuits, and the White House hits the roof. Cover those letters and symbols up, or else!

And what is left out of the above link story is that Defense secretary Robert Gates just "happens" to be going to Saudi Arabia at the same time Obama's grandmother goes there on first and only pilgrimmage. Coincidence? Maybe.

But the behavior of Obama reconciling with Islamofascists is more than just over the handshakes and standing up for Hugo Chavez, and or begging peace with a near invalid in Fidel Castro. Obama is exercising an Islamic religious virtue, fulfilling , Al Nawawi's Hadith # 38 :

Obama choose Hadith over the Judeo-Christian Bible  (such as 1 Samuel 15:3’s): Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and a**.

The Amalekites were terrorists in antiquity who preyed upon the sick, the weak, and the unguarded or defenseless. Instead of following the principle of wiping out whole terrorist communities, Obama behaves toward these modern Amalekites as if allying himself with them against Americans who are either Judeao-Christian or political conservatives, or both.
