Exo 2:10 CJB  Then, when the child had grown some, she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter; and she began to raise him as her son. She called him Moshe, (pull out) explaining, "Because I pulled him out of the water.

Moshe was 'drawn out' of the water; that is to say that he was first saved himself as he was spared (saved) by G-d's favor; so that he may become a vessel who will help draw out Yisra'el from Egypt. He was blessed to be a blessing.

Exo 1:1  These are the names of the sons of Isra’el who came (present) into Egypt with Ya’akov; each man came with his household:

The Torah tells us that the sons of Yisra'el are still coming into Egypt with the burden and bondage of the power of sin; as Exo 1:1 indicates by the usage of the present tense of "ha-ba-eyim".

This being the case why is it that so many secular Jews are so oblivious to their sin, their need for the Temple and all this while being so actively engaged in many of the Egyptian practices not that much different to their fathers in Egypt? Why do they insist they do not need deliverance, a personal exodus - from the Promised Deliverer?

On the other side of the spectrum we have a small Jewish remnant who relate to the rejection of Moshe and have a personal history of the exodus from Egypt; for Yeshua, the Deliverer, touched their spirits from death onto life, from egypt to the promised land as theydrank from the rock our Salvation - Yeshua HaMashiach!

Dear Brother there is an ongoing Biblical truth in the Tanakh that we would do well to heed. Pro 3:34 NIV  He (G-d) mocks proud mockers but gives grace to the humble. and therefore before any great revelation we, even as religious people, must recognize our own sin and shortcomings. We must recognize our need for a Saviour. For this revelation comes to a Jewish heart as the truth of Yeshua, the set apart one, is revealed in the depth of our being.

Isaiah cried Isa 6:5 NIV Woe to me! I cried. I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty.

Do you relate to the Prophets in the full light of G-d's requirements?
