Thanks revelation320.  I'm going to tack this into my Obama Birthwatch - Is the -Elect Legit? thread as well, referencing its origins in your thread here, if you don't mind.

Produce the original, period.  No one should have to ticky-tack over an online document.  Produce the original, and let that be examined and verified by a gaggle of experts, all of whom can subsequently write their books, do their speaking tours, and glom onto every bit of glory they can from it.  The Document can travel from one major city after another, exhibited for weeks at a time in museums like King Tut was, and everybody can share in the Constitutional pathos.

He's either legit American born, or not.  It's not rocket science, but at this point I would not be surprised to hear rocket scientists are somehow involved.

Your http site wouldn't let me click into anything, so I went around, and read the article.

What the article says, has no true meat, but that is not what bothers me.  My major concerns are:

1.  Why does Obama refuse to produce a 'State' form certificate?  He can afford the $20.  If not, I will gladly give it to him.

2.  Worse than "1," Why does our Court system refuse to order the release of the information, since Obama refuses to authorize the release?  Perhaps all the Judges are afraid they will be fired, should Obama be legal, and they were the one that ordered a 'President' to 'show his ID?'

3.  And the unforgivable, Why has our Congress not represented the constituency, and sought the truth about our concern?  Are they hypnotized, or just plain brain-dead?

4.  PS thought, least problematic of all, Why hasn't some State official, or secretary, hungry for an opportunity in front of camera, and having a day of fame, not produced the sought after certificate?  Can you imagine going from rags to riches, by producing proof that stops a person from becoming President?  Wheeeeew--eeeeee!

I can only presume that the citizenry of this country means absolutely nothing to President-elect Obama, a n d, the Congress of the United States, also.  There could be trouble brewing in the near future, like rebellion, or worse yet, nothing happens, since our fellow Americans do not desire being free any more.

Quite frankly, it seems to me that citizenry means absolutely nothing to the majority of our "hirelings" in USA...not Obama or many others who let usurpers BY THE MILLIONS violate our border and enjoy benefits that are supposed to be part and parcel of being a citizen! GWB and McCain included. Not to mention the security issues! (OFF TOPIC: Does anyone here realize that Mexico is on the verge of a full-blown war? That high level executions are taking place at the hands of the drug cartels? That it's spilling into Texas? Seen it on our news? Nope....media silencio! Another day...)

I have been following this story from the beginning. Was skeptical at first, but no more. Justice Thomas has allowed for Donofrio to be heard before SCOTUS on the 5th. (Have you read the suits, or the resulting actions? ie: evidence agaisnt his citizenship?)

Why do you think it is not important that a NATURAL CITIZEN be president? You see no danger in an alien becoming POTUS? Just anyone can run if THEY want...our laws mean nothing? You might wanna read up on Benedict Arnold. And remember that when the laws were written, it was British citizens (white people, same 'national/ethnic origin' as our founders) that were being ruled out.

It's simple as pie...PRODUCE THE DOCUMENT OR STEP DOWN/GET RUN OUT ON A RAIL!

Some darned nerve!! For eight long years we have heard about "selected not elected" and "disenfranchised voters" bringing GWB's presidency....and now we have an anarchist usurper?? And no one has a problem? Not even so-called conservatives? Lord have mercy, I feel an aneurism about to burst in my brain!

And....what's up with not VETTING candidates BEFORE THEY RUN? Even for State Senate!! Before they take one cent in campaign contributions.

It does make one wonder, doesn't it? All he has to do is produce

both racial and political-should it be proved after the election that
he is ineligible to be president. They do not want to open that

revelation320, this one you brought out should be headlined by itself, because the Supreme Court is going to hear this one.  I just wanted to double its exposure and make my thread look hep by including it in mine.  I 'fess it!!!

In the attached article, the Tribune makes it sound like this group is just seeking attention.  That may be, or it may not be quite that.  As usual, when someone dares to question BHO, the media investigates him and brings out that which is not related to the question at all.  Whatever the fallout, watch for books, tours, speeches and fame had by those who either bunked or debunked in the Great Birth Certificate Palooza of 2008.
