This could be the topic for a book so I will just outline a map of what I am thinking.
1) The last big incident was John Hagee who is very pro Israel getting thrown off McCain's campaign bus so to speak because he applied Jeremiah 16:16 to the holocaust.
2) This leads to end time teaching about Revelation and things where Jewish people are nervous about thier percieved role in Armagedon by Evangelicals.
3) This leads to the two main camps that I don't think are actually "Jew haters" but have elements that the average Jewish person would not like.
4) This leads to the Bible Answerman, a leading voice against rebuilding the temple. Amazingly he dismisses Zionist fervor to rebuild the temple as "heresy."
5) Which leads to Dispsensationalists and their own spin on end things that the average Jew is nervous about such as "all Israel being saved", "blood up to horses bridles" (in Israel?), Jerusalem ransacked and 2/3's of the people killed (last few chapters of Zechariah esp. 13:8).
