Because I cannot insert my own
personalized subtitle, in true forum poster fashion I would like to at least interject my own suggestions as to how the
boilerplate subtitles at JFJ Forums be allotted.

Too bad there need be a 'pecking-order' tracking system, when discussing and learning. Hmmm.

How about:
Posts 1000 – 1999 Wow! A 1000 posts. In one month. My seventeen cats and I will have to celebrate.
Posts 2000 – 2999 I have no friends and no life. Please talk to me.
Posts 3000 – 3999 Now working on my third keyboard. They just don't make these things to last.
Posts 4000 – 4999 I haven't mowed the lawn in awhile. Have you seen the car?
Posts 5000 – 9999 Good thing Heaven is in Eternity. I have a few things to say when I get there.
Post 10000 - Infinity And one more thing . . .

I like the tracking, Arleyblue! Especially where it can tell me exactly how much time I have spent on the boards. For the same period of time, it is not near the amount I have spent listening to hold music on the phone, or waiting for TV commercials to conclude. I have actually forgotten what I'm watching sometimes.
But I have not forgotten why I post here. This is just a lighthearted, marshmallow post, which is nice to have after a lengthy and intense engagement.
And, of course, I thought they were good suggestions. So are Rev's but I would drawn the line at 16 cats.

What's one more cat when your entire house has become a giant cat box anyway?
For the record, I have six, and it's taken me two years to get to 740 posts.
Shalom everyone, Thank you all for having great humor bones. Remember, however, we do not want to make the 'Postman' angry, or we will not receive our end-of-month bills, and the utilities will be turned off, and computers won't work. Ha!
Actually, I thought that those using the 'they aught to give me a medal...' types, and the 'posting freak' types simply had weird attitudes and had selected those. Hmmmmm, guess I had better get up to date with what names we call ourselves, Huh? Oh, and I will know when to quit posting, just before being called a 'Posting-FREAK.' (shudder, shake, quake. A 'FREAK?')
As long as we all are speaking Missiahism, and Faithfullnessiosity, I have no complaints (if I only could figure out that part 'Faithfullnessiosity').

Maybe update the forum version as the new one is more secure and it has many more options like rating individual posters etc.

I'm glad that you have your priorities in order; although I should think even a modestly sized home (800-900 sq.ft.) could accommodate 740 catboxes, if your poles should ever reverse themselves.
