Send in ground troops immediately. Pretend it is before WW I and WWII and don't use tanks or Jet dive bombers. Take high Israelis casualities cause they go in like cops instead of soldiers. Make it be done between Sunday and Friday, six days, bring most of the soldier home for Shabatt. This fits the Biblical priciple from torah not to lay siege to a city for too long a period of time. Instead of being legalistic this is takeing an old principle and applying it to the modern situation. Send in relief and aid workers along with the troops. Let there be a place in Gaza where there is no bombing or sonic booms. You can win in certain ways but end up with long term problems from winning so well. This is in house critisism because I want the Israelis to win in the long run.
To be totally honest, isn't it like the Israelis leadership is thumbing their nose at God and Judasim by starting bombing on Shabatt Hanuka and then starting the ground war on Shabatt?
This war has a spiritual element that makes the Palestinians go crazy, it is a spiritual principality.
If you sent concerts of prayer teams from the US center for world mission it might have a better effect than an infantry division.
Gaza has only a million people, if thousands get hurt everybody knows somebody who takes a hit. It is like the old saying, if your unkle is Hamas he may be a scoundril, but he is still your uncle.
So, the more people get hurt the more super human the forgiveness effort will be if they ever have peace.
