To Rabbi-
Heart warming isn't exacly the word that comes to my mind when I think of dead and maimed palestinian children.
Does anyone know if any African Americans were there wearing red hats for the Pro Israel protests on Manhattan.
I know it wasn't a lynch mob, and I am glad they can express freedom of speech peacefully. But to me, if the disenfranchized want to protest that is one thing. But if the people with power and the resources and the upper hand protest it isn't exacly a lynch mob atmosperhere, but something like that. Maybe a new word needs to beinvented.
Not all Jews are comfortable with the way Purim is celebrated, and not all Pro Israel evangelicals are comfortable with the way Arabs in Israel get treated.
The Arabs are already fired up enough. This counter protest doesn't show the quitet diplomacy of Jacob. It is more like the shout of fools you see in the Biblical wisdom litterature or the fool who grabs a dog by the ears.
When the minorities were rioting and tearing up the Watts district you didn't see Holywood millionares counter protesting.

One thing is clear.
people today ask for evidence if God is real.
I say just look at israel it pretty much a dot surrounding by manyo ther bigger hostiles nations.
I mean it really haves to take a very higher power to keep that dot alive around alll thosse nations that are against it.
I keep israel in my prayers to.
