This is one of the reasons why conservatives should be focused on TAX REFORM. The FedGov uses funds to extort "behavior" from institutions AND private citizens via withholding or "granting" funds.

But Boxer is looking to sell Californians on it by inserting our own Pork Projects. Got an email from her two days ago stating her urging to include funds for "Fire Fuel Removal Projects" -brush removal to prevent wildfires, that Greenies here won't allow anyway. The only "jobs created" wil be for lawyers in our courts fighting over the issue. Boxer is up for re-election in 2010.)
