I saw a vision in the night, where  darkness had no end
That wasn't a very inspiring poem? My computer has a hair trigger!

AN extention of your poem...

Where laughter has never heard
Where peace could not be found
Where emptiness of heart and soul are endless
Where lonliness got its name
Where they call it hell

I saw a second vision in the morn, where the dawn laughs to the dusk
Where the voices of thousand thousand sing
Where all thoughts and feelings know no twangs of sadness
Where the heart bursts from its pureness and love
Where your loved ones await you
Where God is..they call it heaven.

BROKEN GUITAR STRINGS

Now, Jesus came from afar,
To play lead guirtar.
Came to teach us a new song,
To undo the wrong.
To protect us through this strife,
And give us a new life.

Can we be playing this song,
Doing good when you've been wronged?
Giving your life for a friend,
Who'ld get you in the end?
Now I'm tired of living,
Too afraid to die.

So it's hard to play rythm,
What's feeling inside.
No one wants to play rhythm guitar for
Jesus.
It is not because they have lost the art.
No one wants to play rhythm guitar for
Jesus,
On the broken guitar strings of their heart.

Interesting. You have a gift. How about reading psalms 61. David wrote songs like the one you wrote.
I DO NOT KNOW WHO WROTE THIS BUT IT WAS GIVEN TO ME TODAY AND SO I SHARE IT WITH YOU. GD BLESS YOU.
This poem is very sweet. It will be interesting to see who sends it back. Forward this on and back. Thanks!

If I could catch a rainbow
I would do it just for you
And share with you its beauty
On the days you're feeling blue.

If I could build a mountain
You could call your very own;
A place to find serenity,
A place to be alone.

If I could take your troubles
I would toss them in the sea,
But all these things I'm finding
Are impossible for me.

I cannot build a mountain
Or catch a rainbow fair,
But let me be what I know best,
A friend who's always there.

HAVE A BLESSED DAY! I AM!
"Signs do accompany those who believe" by GL

I write this story to remind fellow believers that God has promised to be with us and to help us and to give us the victory if we don't give up and to remind them of this I remind them of the day we witnessed a sign from heaven. I write this true story so that others will know that God does give us confirmation that He is with us and every so often heaven reaches down to us to let us know that they are shouting...YES! And its done in such wonderful magnificent ways that one can only say that God Himself has done this. This yes story is just one time that I have seen the hand of God reach out and support His children.

Since coming back to God in 1998 I have thrown myself at different times into wonderful charity work when I have been able to do so and Right to Life has been a favorite of mine. While working in RTL I have seen mysterious and Godly things happen and this story is one of those times.
I was asked to march with a group of RTL Godly woman in front of a fund raiser for a local group that promotes the destruction of unborn babies so I attended this candle light march in front of this event. Not to scare anyone or cause harm to this group but to give those in attendance cause to stop and rethink what it is they are supporting. While marching these lovely woman prayed, as did I, but I esp. enjoyed hearing their prayers for the unborn and for all people.
The local event happens every year and it always has a decent attendance and usually raises quite a bit of money and this night was no different in that respect. It was however going to be different in a totally different way. They had brought in art work to auction off and this was not a new concept for them and does really well along with the dinner ticket sells. I watched people go in and out for several hours as I walked and prayed and sometimes spoke to the patrons to ask them if they really were aware of all that this dinner would be doing and how it would undermine parents supervision and direction of their youth and corrupts them, in my opinion. I did not get much of a response and that was fine. I was however very alarmed at the numbers of people who claimed to be Christians that attended this event and was perplexed at why they would do such a thing. I support RTL not to be judgemental of anyone who does not support RTL or anyone who has had an abortion but to support the voice of the unborn baby who is not given a choice in abortion and I feel is a living soul worthy of respect and protection even if its brain cells are not fully developed.
end of part 1
Part 2 and finale
The march went well and I had a great time even though it was freezing cold. I loved to see the glow of the Holy Spirit on the faces of the woman I marched with that night and I truly felt the Spirit of God was with us and would find out that in fact He most certainly was! We marched for several hours and then elected to call it a night. The leader of this soon to be annual candle light march was a true inspiration to all of us and this march has grown from us three the first time to well over twenty and still growing.
The next day when I was reading the newspaper they had quite a write up on the fund raiser and not too much on the marchers but that was not the reason we did this march. I looked at all the photos they had on display at the auction inside and when I saw this one particular photo I about feel on the floor. The photographer had taken the picture of a portrait of a surfer on the waves of some ocean side but from the angle that it was taken the portrait was just inside the doorway arches that we were marching outside of and you could even see the outside view from the photo and the most amazing thing showed up it was an image that appeared within the photo that nearly caused me to fall over. The image that was so obvious was that of a Madonna and child. I looked and looked at the photo and it was indeed the portrait of a surfer but the image it portrayed at that distance and in the door frame we were marching at was most definitely the sign of Mary and a baby.
Now some of my Catholic friends may not agree with me but God was letting us know and anyone else that viewed that photo that Yes he was with us and and Yes we did the right thing. I leaped and took the photo to another marchers house and she and her husband also agreed it looked like a Madonna too. We praised the Lord. Now I don't care if this story moves you it was more for the encouragement of those who are standing up for what is right in this life because whether you believe it or not we will all be accountable for what choices we make in heaven. Today God is calling all of us to make Godly choices and to stand strong in those choices knowing we are doing the right thing and God will bless us for it!

PS Home school or private school your children and know what they are being taught and thereby teach them right values with higher standards! And try going on a RTL march it will change your heart I promise.

But without your poem Robert mine would have not been written!
Without sadness and tragedy we are ignorant of bliss and blessings.
Look! Gd is provding for us in so many ways. When we are focused on the tragedy we neglect to thank Gd for the blessings. This morning I just thanked Gd that I had the dog food to feed my animals properly. They are satisfied and happy dogs. Such a small gift but not small if you take the time to notice that provision and then cause your heart to be gratiful to Gd and then take it one step further. THANK HIM for his blessing. Have a good day Robert and LOOK around at all the good. We cant help seeing the bad but we can help seeing the good.
