Night before last a nurse and doctor had no time for me after they said I had a calcium deficiency.
I took the dream to mean don't go to the hospical and take calcium and I will be better.
So far it is true. I ran aruond the block without getting tired.
My spasms could have been from what they call hypocalcemia, not enough calcium.
Your multi doesn't ahve enough calcium so you should get calcium/magnesium.
