When the Lord chastens you (reminds you of an area of improvement) do you consider it to be the Holy Spirit, Christ Jesus or God?
Because of your relationship with Christ Jesus, God, our Father goads you using the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is not only a Lamp which exposes, but is also the paraclete which God has given for our comfort and aid.

Shalom,
Christopher
My pastor friend said, "I crucified Christ."

Certainly not in a literal sense.  As a human being it is as though I can
envision Christ and what He has done, then I must abide by the words that He taught or spoke ( a worthy goal I might add ) .

To answer my own question, I seldom go directly to God, it is not so much from reverential, it is that I know more of Christ through His
testament. I believe God only accepts me on the basis of Jesus. The desire to be like Jesus, I believe, is the Holy Spirit at work.

Hebrews explains my advantage simply as Christ being the new and living way, and that even if I tried I can never provide my own
atonement.

I want the same Holy Spirit of Christ to keep me from "crucifying" the
Christ in my brother and sister and myself as well.  Smile

Shalom
