The days are coming to an end, and God is calling his holy people to attention. Seek Him and you will find Him. He awaits you with baited breath! Put away all of your presuppositions! Away with misunderstanding! Now is the time to understand and see, to open the eyes of those who have not seen! For salvation is for the Jew first!!! Then the Gentile!

Less than half a dozen over a period that I would hazard a guess at of over 200 years (interesting that no dates are given for most of these "Rabbis"); not a very good record, don't you think?
Amazing how Christianity will go to any lengths to prove there point! That list of Rabbi's seems about as real to me as Jesus himself. Amazing how there are no Date of births or deaths, not communities or Synagogues, or even churches where they served at. If I search the internet, the only proof to these existence of these "converted rabbis" is christian web sites, and there great pride in converting Jewish Rabbis!
Guess much like the bible...all these people with not much proof that they even either existed
There is a Rabbi of recent who did Convert, A Rabbi Israel Zolli, a former chief Rabbi of Rome. There is much debate though as to the reason for his conversion though, and to me it did not seem as much of a spiritual breakthrough, as nonacceptance, by his own Jewish after he gave up his Jewish identity during World War 2 and the Holocaust. But he is a real person, He has a birth date, and a day he died on, and parents and family lineage, as well as real places he served as a Rabbi. There is proof he was a real person!

1) Because the Messiah said He was only the Rabbi.
M't:23:8:
But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren
2) Only a remnant will enter the Kingdom.
It has been reported that there are a couple hundred thousand Jews who believe that Yeshua is the Messiah. It may not seem to be a lot but again there weren't to many in the days of Jeremiah or Elijah.
Ro:9:27:
Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:
Ro:11:5: Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
3) The Temple Curtain ripped in half signifying God had left. They rejected God when they rejected His Son.
Then Jesus cried again with a loud voice and breathed his last. At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. [Matthew 27:50-51a]
God was finished with Jerusalem until the day where they would say:
Lu:13:35:
Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
Hosea 1:9 And the LORD said, "Name him
Lo-ammi, for you are not My people and I am not your God."
Lo-ammi.
not my people, a symbolical name given by God's command to
Hosea's second son in token of Jehovah's rejection of his people
(Hos. 1:9, 10), his treatment of them as a foreign people. This
Hebrew word is rendered by "not my people" in ver. 10; 2:23.
John 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name,
Romans 9:26 "AND IT SHALL BE THAT IN THE PLACE WHERE IT WAS SAID TO THEM, 'YOU ARE NOT MY PEOPLE,' THERE THEY SHALL BE CALLED SONS OF THE LIVING GOD."
1Pe:2:8: And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, ...
1Pe:2:9: ...
1 Peter 2:10 for you once were NOT A PEOPLE, but now you are THE PEOPLE OF GOD; you had NOT RECEIVED MERCY, but now you have RECEIVED MERCY.
Just as Jesus told it. M't:3:9
What's your point, Tanachreader?
Allready in the first tekst I wrote about Rabbi Phillips...
It becomes very strange to me... A rabbi searching for salvation????
Where does Judaism teach that we are doomed or don't have salvation?
It's a strange thought to have in a Jewish heart, For The Almighty bought us all, and blessed us, we where/are redeemed also at Sinai. And on and on...
Somehow I mistrust these issues, allthough they can be true stories. Even then it's written down through Christian eyes in Christian interpretation of what happened, so it's not attractive at all.
Can somebody give me more info or youtube movies about these specific rabbi's? Because I found more often that some things like these where baseless, without proof. And often just to get more sponsorship...
Greetings
Many of these are frauds (check out Leopold Cohn), others are
unverifiable....obscure names from the late 19th/early 20th
centuries. Many are not even rabbis.
I would be much more impressed if there was a large list of
rabbis who have become Christians in the last 50 years.
Was is really impressive is all the priests/ministers/pastors
who have converted to Judaism. A long list, most within
the last 25 years and easy to verify.
I doubt a link to lists would be allowed here, but if you
google, you'll find them by the dozens.
Oh, but the list of pastors and priests who converted to Judaism is quite long. And I can show you their websites that they are real people!
Of course the real question is, why did they convert? No one missionized to them, no one tried to convert them, they already had the hs, eternal life, and salvation, yet they decided to abide by all of those "impossible to follow commandments, and most likely were even rejected at least 3 times into converting. They now have "restrictions" as you may call it, follow the Sabbath, eat Kosher and learned Hebrew!
WHY DID THEY CONVERT????
What was their motivation?
I can tell you if you'd like!
I really enjoy reading the Jews for Jesus newsletter for Christians who want to know more about Jews and evangelism. I recently read some very inspirational stories in the section Branches regarding REAL people in Israel, Chicago, Montreal, Boston, Kiev and have prayed for them as asked. I am also praying for JFJ ministry in Gaza strip.I particular person really struck me by the name of Oded and I am so praying for him and asked God in heaven to give him the same kind of wonderful conversion that I had, is that silly to ask since he is Jewish, I hope not because the night I was saved, a term we use when we accept G*d and Christ His only sons salvation, was so beautiful and I shall never forget it. I smiled all night long. I felt like a baby washed in oil and wrapped in a warm snug blanket. I wish that for Oded too. To accept Christ is not to reject G*d, on the contrary it is Christ who brought me G*d again. I would have no hope if it were not for Jesus. I cant help loving him so.
I once read a story about a woman and her son and how they had no money and no heat and their windows where broken and how they laid under covers most of the day to keep warm and G*d uses that story to reach people like me to say that no matter what happens G*d loves us and will provide for us. When we have so much how can we be so blind to the goodness of G*d? I loved this story, it helped me alot.
Some would not understand why Israel fights and yet holds to a religion of loving thy neighbor but I do because I too war, not combat, but in spirit with those who would delude my faith or harm others with their secualaristic philosophy so I do understand, somewhat, anyway.
When I think of the revival happening, what I call the GREAT AWAKENING OF G*DS PEOPLE, I admit, I get a little jealous, but Im very happy for you as a chosen people and can only imagine what wonderful things G*d will do in your lives and through your lives for others ( since I have seen what He did in our lives as gentiles its going to be amazing to see what He does in your lives to reach others...some less fortunate even. G*d bless Israel. G*d bless Oded.
Good things happening in my life. A peace only G*d can give and a real excitement for the years ahead, hard or not, G*d is good!
Oops Max was persons name, Oded was person who told story. G*d bless them both!
