In Mathhew 24:3 The diciples sat upon the mount of olives and asked Jesus privately; When shall these things be , and what shall be the sign of your coming, and the end of the world.? Ben Masada brought a good question to this scripture , as G-d promsed never to destroy man in total catastrophe again,[Genesis 9:11] and the phrase ; end of the world has been painted in many Christians minds of total anniliation of the planet, and complete apocalyptic destruction of mankind. An answer to this question again comes into play with translation differences from Greek to English , as words differ in interpretation, as throughout the translation of the Old testament as well, from Ugaritic ,from Hebrew, and Arabic , to English , and word asociations, removing singular and plural forms! [ and they say; the vail is rent?]. The Greek word for ;world , has three diffrerent Greek words for ;World, as the New Testament was written in Greek, and translated to Roman English, as in Matthew chapter 24, which predicted the Olivet discourse where Jesus predicts the sign of Jerusalems destruction, the future tribulation , and His return ;or turning back to Israel of G-d to set up His kingdom. The Three greek words are; 1rst.; aion; meaning ; An age or a course of time[Matthew 24:3] . 2nd.; oikomene; meaning the globe;or the the earth;[ the Roman Empire] Matthew 24: 14, 3rd. kosmos; meaning the inhabited world; In[ Matthew 24:21] When Yeshua spoke of the "end"-aion He was not alluding to the end of planet earth; but to the end of the age[continued]
