Shalom Shalom
This is my Testimony.
I was brought up in a Agnostic Home. My family never really Knew about G-d or really cared. Except for My day who would go to church while we slept in. we were so agnostic i didn't even know i was Jewish until i was 13. anyways G-d was nothing in my life i was a Punk rocker at the time and was on rebellion. I didnt try at school said i hated my parents and thoight "Noise" was good music. I even had a Mohawk and thought i was the biggest Rebel in the Suburbs in my Middle School. This a changed one Glorious Shabbat day, My best friend drew had invited me to his Bar mitzvah and thought
"Hey this a good time to earn what gods the Jews worshipped"
Little did i Know that I was Jewish and They worshipped the same G-d as me. Well i went to the Bar Mitzvah, Put on a Yarmulke and sat they"re confused, BUT in awe of the "Jewish G-d". Well that night i went to my Mom and said i wanted to Convert to Judaism. my Mom as Secular and accepting as She was was okay with it. i then told m dad who was ok with it and my grandma who told me something i did not expect. She said Collin theres something i need to tell you. we talked about my great grandparents and that infact they were Jewish and My Grandma was Raised in an Conserative Jewish Home. This is something My mom wanted to hide from me and my siblings she wanted us to find G-D our selves without there help. as then i looked at the "Guidlines" of Conversion to Judaism. we had to give up our faith In Jesus. which i relized was Bad for m father had taught me he was the saviour of the World. so i decided not to convert to Judaism because i had fount out i was Jewish already. I was then Heart ached that maybe i couldnt practice the Jewish Religion. until My Faithfull Step Mom introuduced me to Messianic Judaism. the Movement of Jews ad Gentiles Keeping Jewish values and Judaism Yet Loving Yeshua Hamoshiach. I then realized this movement is deffineley for me. I then went to My first Messianic Synagogue Called Baruch HaShem. where in that congregtion i Prayed to accept Y'shua as my L-rd and Saviour. I believe all this wouldnt have happened. if it wasnt for my best friends Bar mitzvah.
