this has all been said on this site before. the judaists wont hear it.

the messianic criteria that they are spouting omits this crucial factor. messiah was to come during the time of the four gentile kings and rome was the last of them. the time of the gentiles is past and as we are today,

jesus is king of the jews. never shall any other rule over them.

"in the time of these four kings shall the lord of lords and the hosts of hosts set up his kingdom, and it shall be an everlasting kingdom."

the four kings were babylon, medi-persia,greece and rome. and not so coincidently, the four metals in the daniel verses concerning nebbys dream are the same god used in his temple design that he gave to king david. so from this we see that it wasnt just titus that took the temple down, it was ......"the st-ne hewn by no human hand". do you see that?.... it stuck the image on the feet (alter), and destroyed the image and the four winds swept it away.

it was 483 years from the twentieth year of artaxi (when he commanded the rebuilding) til the annointment of christ by the prophet john. then, jesus preached 3 1/2 years,  (half a week in the prophecy, or 'middle') and then was cut off from the faith of the living because there was none left belonging to him.  (jesus abolishes the daily sacrifice by his death on the cross. this is the striking on the feet by the st-ne on the alter of sacrifice).

it doesnt say in scripture that the feet of nebbys image is the alter of sacrifice in the temple but you can see it when you realize that the DESIGN of the temple by god had purpose. and this was to show jesus taking away the daily sacrifice and ending the old covenant. call it the unsealing of the book of daniel if you like. IT FOR ALL TO KNOW, JUDAISM IS DONE.

judgement was then decreed for the people who did not heed the warning of the seventy weeks. this was an ultimatim to the people. you judaists need look at this real good.

btw my judaist friends, the abomination of desolation foretold by daniel was an ensign.  the roman gentiles were seeking the christ and were bringing their sacrifices to the temple. the governor of the temple refused them and posted signs about the city stating that jews only were allowed. this ticked off rome and so....enter titus. revenge is sweet and these were the days of vengeance. the news of the governors decree reached even as far as damascus where they say 20,000 jews were slaughtered for hatred.

this abomination, says the verses,  is to stand until the consumation and it seems that even while there is no sign anymore, the the basic principle of anti-christ does stand to this day. judaists do not accept christ.  he is an abomination to judaism as much as the sign was an abomination to the gentiles and romans. it is this crime of certain jews that makes the temple of judaism desolate of the true faith.

if you want to get on the right track go to this site and read all about it. this is your temple and your church. get with the program. i cant stress enuf that you need to review all the stuff in this site. it answers a million questions and explains all the non cath errors about the one and only true APOSTOLIC church. your forefathers had seventy weeks but you dont. dont make the same mistake they made.

Be careful not to add or take away. Also, many Romans were preached to, and if you want to do a commentary, do a breakdown of the verse like they do in studyn Bibles.

purple means royalty and scarlet means blood. the church uses all the colors depending on the season, not just purple and red. she is not decked out with gold and pearls. the only cup in her hand is the chalice which hold the body and blood of our lord jesus.

you seem to think that the devil is stupid and that he doesnt know how easily you grasp at associations. if the church is evil, would satan make these very obvlious similarities? do you think by calling himself by these names he is helping you to identify him?  you duped and suckered right in. satan has taught you these things to drive you away. is he satifying some fantasy of some people who are dont what to be under any authority but their own? people who can summon the holy spirit at their call and hurl him like a baseball into some else?  when jesus told you that he will be with his apostles until the consumation of the world, you believed the false prophets and the bashers of his church but not the lord.

how do you know that the pope dies? jesus told his apostles that some would see the second coming before they died. and pope john paul II last words are reported to be, " there you are! i was looking for you." how do you know that jesus didnt come and pull him before he died. " if you believe in me and die, you will be raised to eternal life. if you believe in me and ARE ALIVE, you will never die." the word of the lord.  so, infallible or not, how can you know, yet you PROFESS to know?  and infallibility is not what you think it is. if you check it out, maybe you will stop the public harrassing of the holy church. the pope is infallible ONLY WHEN HE SPEAKS FROM THE OFFICIAL SEAT OF ST PETER, EX CATHEDRA! all other times he is just as human as anyone. now you threat me and warn me about adding? you and your unread water spewers are leading people to believe that the church is claiming total infallibility.  a half truth going backwards, is just as much a lie as a half truth going faceward.

to have a Simon Cowel in this Forum. We should call this forum "American Idol of faith" I wonder how God would rate the contestants in this forum? I am sure he would base his findings not on self rightgous knowlege but on love. So who is the the winner on this site. Well I think it is, drum roll please......."Jesus" he is here watching us and listening to us too.

I think all of us who are humble and know they are not perfect and do admitt they stumble. We all do. No one is perfect. No one knows everything. I say again love each other. Even your enemies. So many are reading these posts. I just would like to see more discussion than debates. And most of all less sarcasism. Sad
