I am reading a great book titled, THE CONSPIRACY OF IGNORANCE, by Martin L. Gross about the failure of American public schools. I give it a five star so far.
I just finished the book, Sinful Silence, it too was fabulous. It spoke of the OT and referenced many examples from there in regards to political corruptness and how Gd responds to in a society. While Judah is a theocracy there are many similarities and many differences. Gd will hear our prayers when we do not allow corrupted officials to rule our country and I think this book made that arguement quite effectively. I give it a 4.9.
The GD Makers by Decker and Hunt is a must read if you feel that all gentiles believe the same way. You are wrong! This false religion is a cult and it is in no way associated with the truth Church, which beleive that Gd is the only Gd and that His son and His Holy Spirit are together in heaven and that there are no other Gds before them! Here is my review of this book.

I give this book a 4.75! I would recommend readers also read other books to back all this information such as; UNDER THE BANNER OF HEAVEN, STOLEN INNOCENSE, MORMON MURDERS, AND GOD MAKERS 2 for a total picture of what kind of satanic delusion this false-religion really is all about.
I do not support what the homosexual community is doing to hurt their church but I do support that they change their total and complete foundation and throw out the book of Mormons and follow the Holy Bible ONLY!, throw out the idea of becoming a gd or gdess and have only one PROPHET...JESUS CHRIST...all others are false and they know it! Shame on these men, mostly just lonely, perverted, and power hungry old men who have brought a curse on themselves for deceiving others! A book you must read if you are considering this false religion and a cry out to those caught in its web....GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!

i am currently reading God meant it for Good by R.T. Kendall an insight into the life of Joseph and an incredible source of encouragement
also Cost of Discipleship & Letters and Papers from prison by Dietrich Bonhoeffer

i recommend all three.. five on five
Im reading a fine book titled, THE CASE FOR ISRAEL, by Alan Dershowitz and for anyone who desires to stand up against those who are persecuting Israel this book is a valuable resource. I have known that the Jewish people have been falsely accused, tortured, abused, stolen from, treated badly throughout their history, I too have known this and dare I say it is a part of choosing to serve Gd, but this book explains what is factually happening and how it is important to provide facts when others are bashing them or us.
I am not done with this book yet and my first impression of it is why are you explaining yourselves to the world? You are only accountable to Gd, but then I remember what happened when I was silent about injustices done to me because of my faith and my attackers only proliferated and became arrogant and hurt others, all because I was silent. So you keep speaking out just as I shall, Gd willing, and regardless of whether anyone listens we will have done the right thing and that is a far greater thing than silence. Shalom.
Hi all,

Currently i am reading Three Mistakes of my life by Chetan Bhagat. Nice story mention in this book i have completed half most book, i intrested in this book. I will give review after completion of this book..
I am reading 'The Criminilization of Christianity' by Janet Folger. The book documents how one by one Christians are losing their rights.  Many of the examples take place in other lands, but plenty are happening right here. Pastors are being silenced from reading the Bible from the pulpit because it has been classified as hate speech.  The ramifications are quite scary, nevertheless it has been foretold.
Oh and I have to mention the last book I finished reading is called 'The Cult Explosion' by Dave Hunt.  I personally think the title is something of a misnomer as the book deals more extensively with the spiritual deception taking place on a larger scale than ever before.  He details how the women's movement has its roots in pagan mysticism, how the separation between church and state, is not held in check when that church happens to be buddhist or hindu.  He details the whole 'alien' phenomena and proves effectively that these are nothing more than demons.  I personally never watched much television as a youth, and have not seen more than a very small number of alien movies or t.v. programs, so I actually did not know and was quite astonished to hear that many people believed that alien life forms actually do exist and are speaking to people all the time.  He does speak about the different groups such as Moonies, Jehovahs' Witnesses, Mormons, etc. but also about things like transcendental meditation, krishnas and hinduism.  He documented how hippies on their acid trips who received spirit guides were being told the exact same lie as the hindus meditating in their spirit temples.  This lie was basically what Satan spoke to Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden.  That they could be as gods themselves and would have immortality.  Their eyes could be opened with all this 'knowledge'.  This book was endlessly fascinating and I've been recommending it to everyone I know.  I was also astonished (since the book was written in 1978) at the modernity of what is being said.  It seems as if the things all around us are nothing new.  In fact, he speaks of the ecumenical movement in terms of urgency, and this was 30 years ago!  There are so many more dangers out there than what the average person knows, which is why we must dig and find these things out for ourselves.  I used to do yoga years ago, but found out this was wrong and so had quit.  What I did not know, that this book told me, was that the 'positive thinking' movement and 'sensitivity training' are all deeply rooted in the occult.  They are the tip of the iceberg and the beginning of the way which is presented to human beings for tapping into 'magic'.  I may not be explaining it very well here, but the book makes a rock solid case for this.  Christian Science was based on this sort of premise.  The Secret is based on this as well.  They want you to 'put faith' in powers other than God, whether it is the 'universe', 'spirit guides' or yourself.  They want you to give worship and your faith to anything other than your Creator.
Wow. Some really good books are mentioned and I shall look for some of them to read in the future. Currently I am reading about four books and one of them is, WINNING THE FUTURE by Newt Gingrich. Its about how we define convervatism and he offers a 5 point contract to those in congress who desire to make conservative and positive votes and decisions. Those five points made in his introduction are then expounded upon in the chapters that follow. Below are the five points, condensed, but I recommend that to do these points justice that you read his book some rainy winter day. Gd bless you all.
1. We must commit to war on terrorism.
2. We must reestablish that our rights come from our Creator.
3. We must insist that true patriotism and the wisdom of the Founding Fathers which is the acute history of America be taught.
4. We must harness our domestic abilties to create jobs and make a better future for America.
5. We must be sure that the wealth we accumulate is the wealth we control.

Good ideas. Now lets do what we can as Americans to do it.
I'm just finished with "Mugabe" by David Smith & Colin Simpson (1981).
