I just took my 10 year old daughter to see the movie, "One Night With The King".  Not as good as the book, of couse.  I used the movie as a tool for my daughter, Hadassah.  I've been telling her since the day she born that she was born 'for such a time as this'.  I named her for her virtue and bravery.  I want to get a necklace pendant for her to remind her of who she is, God's Princess.  We are not Jewish and I don't understand the meanings behind the symbols.  I want something that would have meaning to it.  I don't want a cross or a fish or something American-Christian-popular.  I want old, heiratage feel to it.  Please, someone help me understand your culture's meanings.  Thank you so much!!!

It would be in appropriate to wear Jewish symbol jewelry if you are
not Jewish. Why not get her a necklace with her name spelled out
in Hebrew?
