I am a christian who recently found out that I am a jew through my mother! Since this dicovery my spiritual life has been in sort of a hurricane. God has been tugging at my heart for sometime drawing me into His service, now with this new knowledge about who I am at the deepest level my thoughts are turning to how I can best serve both God and my people. I know that God has called me to His service and really feel the urge to help my fellow jews(wow just saying "my fellow jews" makes me happy!). I am wondering if there is such a thing as a messianic rabbi (sorry if my words aren't exactly right I am new to this), if so how does one go about becoming one. In my heart echos the words of paul when he said in Romans 10:1 "Brothers, my heart's desire and prayer to God for the Isrealites is that they may be saved."
