A reminder for us while we wait for HIS answers to our prayers. This will be my topic on my exhortation in our ministry in the youth rehabilitation center come this friday.

I think THE ALMIGHTY has only one answer to all our prayers and that will be "yes, i will answer it but it is always be My way...". Sometimes we are so pent up with our spiritual pride that we forget the Sovereignty of THE ALMIGHTY over our prayers. We want instant answer but got disappointed when it's not what we expect it's goin to be. But how about waiting in HIM, waiting for HIS answers to come. Waiting while renewing our strength, gaining momentum and absorbing insights that comes from HIM so when the time comes for your prayer to be answered you will understand, why He answered you that way.

Shalom! Shalom!

you cant always get what you want,
but if you try sometime,
you may find,
you get what you need.

Were you being serious or satirical and sarcastic? I am not sure of your motives, David.
Amen, David, but my exhortation turned into Bible study and the topic went far from the "waiting" topic and goes to the questions raised by the kids; "Why is The Almighty allows us to do worse things and not stop us from doing it?" I was hoping that i got them the right with the story of Adam and Eve. Anyway, hope you brothers and sisters can help me answer that question and add up some insights. Thanks. Shalom!
