I am the only member of my family who knows Jesus as Lord.  My parents, my three children, my sister, and all of my other relatives do not believe in Jesus.  In fact, most of my family only speak hatered of Him.  Today is the sixth anniversary of my mother's death.  I prayed for her  and I tried to share Jesus with her for over 25 years, yet she would not budge, and she died unsaved.  I am tortured by thoughts of her being in hell, and remaining there for all eternity.  I am tortured by thoughts of her living in eternal suffering and pain.  I can find no peace.
I share in what you’re saying and I’ve obviously gave it a lot of thought. What gives me peace is to simply submit to Jesus.

I have 5 brothers and 3 sisters and should God not help them I still would honor my creator by simply telling myself that He created us for His purpose – not ours.

Nevertheless, my heart goes out to you!

Soon these terrible questions will be answered and I assure you that we’ll be very pleased.

Until then, join me in loving Jesus and be willing to forsake all.

He is so worthy!

Scripture does not support torture in hell...What exactly is the "good news" Y'shua spoke of? Is it not that he paid the ransom price for ALL people? The Resurrection is for all of the human race. The judgment day is 1,000 years long and there will be no interference from Satan at that time. Your loved ones will then have the chance to go on to eternal life. Hell doctrine makes God worse than most men! We are all dying for the sin of Adam, but God has provided His Son as the remedy. Justice is preserved and mercy has prevailed. Only the "elect" are on trial for life at this present gospel age. The rest of mankind will be on trial for life during the second resurrection. That is the GOOD NEWS!
When a person has died....he has paid the whole penalty for sin. God does not punish someone twice for the same crime, especially since we are sinful at birth because of Adam's transgression!! Even people in our courts cannot be tried for the same crime. That is double jeopardy. Torment in Hell makes our loving God into something evil! Justice does not require such a dreadful punishment. Souls are not immortal...the soul[whole person] that sins will die. If a person sins after having been resurrected, that person will be blotted out. That person will simply cease to exist. How much reproach has fallen on God due to man's limited view of His greatness!

When your mother rises up in the resurrection, the 25 years you shared Christ with her will be to her benefit. I tell you the truth...Y'shua said the dead are "sleeping" until he raises them. He only raised a few people while on earth as a symbol of what He will do for all in the future. Why did he only raise a few from the dead? Because it is yet future. After all of the elect have died and been resurrected in the first resurrection {the ecclesia} {the little flock} {the body of Christ} then the rest of the plan will unfold.

Hell is mentioned 31 times in the OT and 22 times in the NT
In Revelation is states that those whose names are not found in the Lambs Book of Life will be cast into the lake of fire for eternity.
Sin doesn't end at the grave. It is pushed ahead under the blood of Christ and cast into the sea of forgetfullness or it is brought behind us where it is judged.
Jesus Christ is the judge at the end of time and our souls are eternal because we were made a living soul by the breath of God when he breathed life into us therefore after death we are indeed immortal which is why anyone that rejuects Jesus Christ does so at their peril.
Will not the Judge of all the earth do right....if you do as he commands you will enter into eternal life with him, If you reject him and do evil then you will be cast into the lake of fire and everlasting torment where the worm dieth not.
We have no say in what happens to unsaved loved ones God is the judge. Our responsibility is to do what we know to do and lead others to the LORD.
My mother died without knowing Jesus in the fullness of who he is...where she is now is not for me to know until either the Rapture or my death and I don't worry about things that I have no control over.
To say there is no hell and that those that die in sin do not go there forever  is contrary to what the bilble teaches.
Jesus in the Gospels spoke more about hell than he did about heaven.

My mother died 30yrs ago.  She said that when she was gone not to worry about what happened to her just make sure I was on the right path. The Lord gave me  peace. is she in heaven? Maybe I don't know and Jesus hasn't told me. If  I go strictly by scripture then the answer might be know...I don't know if she was baptised in HIS NAME or not.
I try to follow the leading of the Holy Ghost and do what I know to do and the same with my family. My relatives are not saved and I pray for them everyday that HE would show me what to say to them.
Pray...Trust in Jesus...do his will....leave what is God's to God.

“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.... I am the good shepherd, and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.... But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand.” John 10:11, 14-16, 26-29.

Jesus of Nazareth did not die for all as you say.He only died for the elect, the sheep, not the goats. The atonement was a limited one, whether you like it or not.God is sovereign and does according to the pleasure of His will.

Ridiculous. None of this is supported at all...I never said there is no "hell", I said it is not a place of eternal torture.
Every sin will be forgiven, even sins against The Son of Man. The only sin that is not forgiven is to for someone with full knowledge and light to blaspheme God's Holy Spirit...you better really study a bit more.

You do not understand scripture. Christ died for ALL people...through one man sin entered the world and through one man sin is abolished. Some people will be lost in the 1,000 year [judgment day] because of their own sins, but to say that Christ died only for the "elect"[144,000 chosen from among men] is a gross misinterpretation of the plan. What you are saying is that God will torture almost everyone that has ever lived! Your view makes God a liar. Y'shua forgave those that crucified Him, what good was that forgiveness if all of them died and went to be tortured in "hell"? Yes, God is Sovereign and it pleased Him to send Christ to ransom men from death.

The parable of the Sheep and Goats is to take place in the millennial age.

You are trying to fit God into your own understanding. Even the worst specimens of mankind will be resurrected and then be given a chance to live or die[the second death] based on their deeds then.

Mar 3:28  Most assuredly I tell you, all of the children of men's sins will be forgiven them, including their blasphemies with which they may blaspheme;
Mar 3:29  but whoever may blaspheme against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin"

Rom 5:18  So then as through one trespass, all men were condemned; even so through one act of righteousness, all men were justified to life.

Tit 2:11  For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men,
