I agree with the Televison idea. I think we should really try for something like Fox news. If we make enough of a fuss then they would lets us come on their show and explain our mission.
I just read a tract by Mr. Rosen entitile "The Universe is Broken" It was cleverly done with a "new age" flair to draw you in. There were state of the art pictures full bleeds and 16 pages of text that covered everything from Marc Chagall to the death burial and ressurection of Jesus. The message was clear the universe is broken and only Y'shua can fix it. Thanks Jews for Jesus.  Smile
Handing out tracts (broadsides) is a good way to get the message across. Of all mediums paper and ink are the least expensive.
With thousands being given out, at  least some are read.
They can be read over and over. Maybe stuffed in a package or
coat pocket, can be found months, or even years later. When they are more open to the message.
As to standing on street corners, that is where a lot of the people are.
Many tracts in a in a box or bookstore do no good unless they are
handed out. Here is a thought... Pray that every tract/broadside
handed out would have a impact for Yeshua.
Especially right now in New york.
I would also like to know where I can get tracts. I know a lot of people here are asking the same questions I did. I'd like to be able to do more than just refer them to this site.(Although, I won't stop doing that either way)

http://www.jesusforjews.org/broadsides/ has a bunch of tracts you can download. These are the web-friendly ones that are for you to read, but there's also a form on that page that you can fill out to get permission to distribute tracts. Once you get permission you can download the printer friendly tracts.

i dont get it. The paper just makes such a mess and nobody evens reads it. Just do the subway thing.
Just so you all know::

By handing out tract's you are breaking jewish law.

It is against Jewish law to try to convert someone to judaism.

You say you are jews. Great.

BUT, by handing our pamphlets, you break jewish law.

When I distribute the Tracts, I get comments such as, "You're a Catholic!" and, "You're wasting your time!"

Well, if you are Catholic or a non-Jew handing out
tracts, you gotta admit it seems a little strange
for gentiles to hand out Jews for Jesus tracts to Jews....Smile

Interesting...in a city near us, which is known for not being very
relgious, no matter what the faith...people would either not take
the tracts or throw them away. We were following behind the
J4J giving out tracts, and speaking to any Jews who took them
(which was few, most people were gentiles) and presenting information from the local Jewish community..we ended up
cleaning up a lot of them up off the street (people can be such
slobs!). I guess it depends on the part of the country, how
receptive they are to receiving any type of religous material...
