But why would a believer start a, not just respond to another, thread in the non-believer's forum. Why start a belief argument in a non-believer's forum?

I wasn't being impolite, I was asking a question, and there are plenty of examples, i.e., "You Brood of Vipers.." that belong in the believer's forum.

You could try clicking on the author's name and sending a politely worded Private Message.  I have had my questions answered very nicely in that way.

Also, I did a most-recent search of the subjects under [DON'T Believe] and don't see which one you may be referring to.  This is another thing that would be more helpful in solving a question - have the name of the thread or the quote at hand.

Most are here to promote their faith, or at the very least their point of view on the faith.  I think most would be willing to answer a question.  If I'm wrong on that, let the reluctant let me know and I will stand corrected.
