There is already a thread that contains info about this and will answer your question: JFJ Forums/Culture & Fellowship/What do you want to talk about?/Christian to Messianic Jew. Please read Sheitl Queen's posts there.

The short answer to both questions, though, is "no."

If you are a gentile Christian, you shouldn't seek to be anything else but a gentile Christian. Judaism has nothing for us, and you can love Jews better as a gentile.

Besides, believing in Jesus and belonging to the Judaism are mutually exclusive: one embraces Jesus; the other denies Him.

Well, there is Messianic Judaism, and true Judaism is Messianic. See Romans 9-11.
