Some Commonality?
There is much research religious, scientific and prophetic in nature that seems to be converging with each other..

Mayan Prophecy which has to do with the Sun, Polar Shift of the earth seems to be over-lapping with NASA's glimpse into the Sunspot Theory that will be 50% at a all time high in 2012 and can have a major dis-ruption to communications here on earth.

Daniels' 70 weeks has to do with the establishment of Israel in 1948 and the Last Generation which would take us to the years between 2008 to 2018..

What are your thoughts?

These kinds of posts belong in another forum, but it does bring up a point. Y'shua (there's another point- The Angel of the Lord was in the furnace with Daniel's friends) knew about the End Times.

well being honest this sounds like people were saying before the year 2000 came.

How can you compare the word of God with some pagan prophecy?Have you no fear?

No man knoweth the day or the hour, save the Father. I have seen part of an image I thought to be the Mayan calender pointing me (as does calvinist theology) to the importance of setting aside petty comparisons and going with what we know to be true.

[3] Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

The first instance of the last days is written in Genesis 49.

Let's see, to be more specific, AM 6000 -
AM 6008 (AD 1948 - AD 1956). Estb. Israel.

This is the middle of the 7 year "Tribulation."

I think Jesus will take his earthly reign on

But Remember! Israel has to 1st REPENT and
accept Jesus as Messiah, or else he will strike
the earth with a curse.

I understand that the "Brown Dwarf Sun" and
it's planet NIBURU is due to return in AM 6064
(AD 2012).

Have you not heard that what can be used for evil will be used for good? Also, read Romans 1:19-21.

the Seleucid Dynasty set up the "Abomination of
Desolation."  He erected an alter to Zeus over
G-D's alter and sacrificed a swine. [a female pig]

I thought the "Abomination" was who Paul calls the "man of lawlessness".
